캔의 스트로 개봉구조{.}
본 고안은 캔의 스트로 개봉구조에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 통상의 캔 개봉수단 옆에 별도로 스트로(straw)를 바로 꽂아서, 간편하게 캔 용기내 내용물을 시음할 수 있는 스트로 구멍을 추가하는 것에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 청량음료나 주류 등의 음료용기는 유리병 제품 보다는 가볍고 운반이 용이한 알루미늄(aluminium) 또는 스틸(steel) 캔 제품이 널리 이용되고 있는 실정이다.
그러나, 종래의 캔 제품은 별도의 스트로 구멍이 없으므로, 스트로를 바로 꽂아서 간편하게 캔 용기내 내용물을 시음할 수 없는 불편한 점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기 불편한 점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 통상의 캔 개봉수단 옆에 스트로의 뾰족한 끝부분으로 손쉽게 뚫어서 개봉할 수 있는 비닐(vinyl) 등의 재질로 형성된, 밀폐뚜껑이 구비된 스트로 구멍을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 종래의 캔 개봉수단 옆에; 추가로 스트로를 바로 꽂아서 간편하게 캔 용기내 내용물을 시음할 수 있는; 스트로 구멍;을 구비한다.
여기서, 상기 캔의 스트로 개봉구조의 밀폐뚜껑;은 스트로의 뾰족한 끝부분;으로 손쉽게 뚫어서 개봉할 수 있는 비닐 등의 재질로 제작;하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 캔의 스트로 개봉구조를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 캔의 스트로 개봉구조의 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 캔의 스트로 개봉구조는 내용물이 수용된 캔 본체(10)와, 캔 본체(10)에 형성된 종래의 개봉구조를 개봉할 수 있는 개봉수단(20), 및 캔 본체(10)의 상부에 스트로(14)를 바로 꽂을 수 있는 스트로 구멍(34)을 구비한다.
상기 캔 본체(10)는 알루미늄, 스틸 등의 재질로 제조되며 통상적으로 원통형으로 제조된다. 또한, 캔 본체(10)의 상부에 형성된 종래의 개봉구조를 개봉할 수 있도록 상기 캔 본체(10)에 설치된 개봉수단(20)은 본 고안과는 상관없는 종래의 캔 음료용기 개봉구조이므로, 여기서는 상세한 구조 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
상기 스트로 구멍(34)은 캔 상부의 개봉수단(20)옆에 별도로 형성된다.
여기서, 밀폐뚜껑(30)은 스트로 구멍(34)의 밀폐뚜껑(30)이며, 인체에 무해한 접착제(32)로 접착되는 것으로서, 캔 상부의 스트로 구멍(34)에 밀폐뚜껑(30)을 접착시켜서, 스트로 구멍(34)의 밀폐 용도로 형성된다. 따라서, 상기 스트로 구멍(34)에 스트로(14)의 뾰족한 끝부분으로 밀폐뚜껑(30)을 손쉽게 뚫어서 개봉하여, 캔 용기내 내용물을 소비자가 간편하게 시음할 수 있다.
본 고안에 따른 캔의 스트로 개봉구조는 저렴한 비용으로 캔 음료용기에 스트로 구멍을 형성할 수 있으며, 형성된 스트로 구멍에 스트로를 바로 꽂아서 간편하게 캔 용기내 내용물을 시음할 수 있는 편리함이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 종래의 캔 음료용기의 개봉구조가 형성되며, 내용물이 수용된 캔 본체;
    상기 개봉구조를 개봉할 수 있도록 상기 캔 본체에 설치된 개봉수단; 및
    상기 캔 상부에 설치된 종래의 개봉수단 옆에 별도의 스트로 구멍;을 추가로 형성하며, 상기 밀폐뚜껑은 접착제;로 스트로 구멍에 접착시켜서, 스트로 구멍의 밀폐 용도의 밀폐뚜껑;으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 스트로 개봉구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐뚜껑;은 스트로;의 뾰족한 끝부분으로 손쉽게 뚫어서 개봉 할 수 있도록, 비닐 등의 재질로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔의 스트로 개봉구조.
