Abstract

이 고안은 종래 콘테이너와 다른 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공 하는 것으로서, 비치(備置) 상태에서 납작한 평면형 이고, 병 포장 사용상태에서 견고하고 미려하며, 신속 용이하게 병을 포장 할 수 있고, 포장 상태에서 병의 양측면이 노출 되는 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공하는 것이다. 이 고안은 평면 상태로 비치하고 병 수장시 사용상태로 전개 하도록 하는 병 포장용 콘테이너에 있어서, 밑받침(11)에 좌우에 사선 절곡선(12) 및 절곡선(13)에서 연장되는 삼각편(14) 및 연장부(15)를 연결하고, 절곡선(23)에서 연장부(24)를 접어붙인 두겹 커버재(21)를 절곡선(22)에서 밑받침(11) 전 후에 연장하고, 두겹 커버재(21) 상단에 손잡이 구멍(31)과 결속 끈(32) 삽입 구멍(33)을 성형하여 된 것을 특징으로하는 병 포장 콘테이너이다.

Description

병 포장 콘테이너 { BOTTLE PACKING CONTAINER }
이 고안은 병 포장 콘테이너에 관한 것으로, 비치 상태에서 납작한 평면형 이고, 병 포장 사용상태에서 견고하고 미려하며, 신속 용이하게 병을 포장 할 수 있고, 포장상태에서 병의 양측면이 노출되는 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공한다.
종래의 병 포장 콘테이너는 병을 수납할 수 있는 판지 상자 상부에 손잡이를 만든 것으로서 병을 포장한 상태에서 병이 거의 은폐되어 병이 보이지 않게 될 뿐 아니라 네모지고 단순한 형태로 되는 것이었다.
이 고안은 종래 콘테이너와 다른 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공 하려는 것으로, 비치 상태에서 납작한 평면형 이고, 병 포장 사용상태에서 견고하고 미려하며, 신속 용이하게 병을 포장 할 수 있고, 포장상태에서 병의 양측면이 노출 되도록 병을 포장하는 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

이 고안을 첨부 도면에 따라서 상세하게 설명하면 다음과같다.
평면 상태로 비치하고 병 수장시 사용상태로 전개 하도록 하는 병 포장용 콘테이너에 있어서,
밑받침(11)에 좌우에 사선 절곡선(12) 및 절곡선(13)에서 연장되는 삼각편(14) 및 연장부(15)를 연결하고, 절곡선(23)에서 연장부(24)를 접어붙인 두겹 커버재(21)를 절곡선(22)에서 밑받침(11) 전 후에 연장하고, 두겹 커버재(21) 상단에 손잡이 구멍(31)과 결속 끈(32) 삽입 구멍(33)을 성형하여 된 것이다. 미설명부호 (34)는 장식물, 15'는 파지 만곡부 이다.
이 고안의 도5의 형태로 유통, 비치되고 병(1) 포장을 위하여 도2와같이 전개하며, 도1과같이 미려하게 포장을 완료하는 것이다.
도5의 상태에서 연장부(24)가 접착된 두겹 커버재(21)를 접어 올리면 삼각편(14) 양변의 절곡선(12,13)이 접히면서 연장부(15)가 병 지지턱의 형태로 접힌다. 이때 연장부915)가 잘 접혀 올라오지 아니하면 파지 만곡부(15')에 손끝을 넣어 접어 올린다. 이 상태에서 조성된 사각 공간부(H)에 병(1)을 삽입하고 장식(34) 끈(32)을 구멍(33)에 꿰어 묶으면 병을 콘테이너에 일체로 지지되어 이탈되지 아니하며 병의 좌우를 노출시키는 미려한 포장이 완료되는 것이고, 포장이 완료되면 구멍(31)에 손을 끼워 잡고 병을 운반 할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 이 고안은 종래 콘테이너와 다른 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공 하는 것으로서, 비치(備置) 상태에서 납작한 평면형 이고, 병 포장 사용상태에서 견고하고 미려하며, 신속 용이하게 병을 포장 할 수 있고, 포장 상태에서 병의 양측면이 노출 되는 병 포장 콘테이너를 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 평면 상태로 비치하고 병 수장시 사용상태로 전개 하도록 하는 병 포장용 콘테이너에 있어서, 밑받침(11)에 좌우에 사선 절곡선(12) 및 절곡선(13)에서 연장되는 삼각편(14) 및 연장부(15)를 연결하고, 절곡선(23)에서 연장부(24)를 접어붙인 두겹 커버재(21)를 절곡선(22)에서 밑받침(11) 전 후에 연장하고, 두겹 커버재(21) 상단에 손잡이 구멍(31)과 결속 끈(32) 삽입 구멍(33)을 성형하여 된 것을 특징으로하는 병 포장 콘테이너.
