Abstract

본고안은 음식을 조리할때 양념으로 사용하는 마늘을 얇게 절단하고 또 분쇄하기 위하여 고안된 마늘 절단 분쇄기에 관한 것이다. 마늘 양념을 사용하기 위하여 소형 절구에 넣고 분쇄하거나 칼등으로 분쇄하여 사용하고 불고기나 갈비를 구워 먹을때는 마늘을 얇게 절단하여 사용한다. 마늘을 절단하고 또 분쇄를 한 기계에서 가공할 수 있도록 하기 위한 목적으로 고안 되었다.This article relates to a garlic cutting grinder designed for thinly cutting and grinding garlic used as a seasoning when cooking food.
