In the past, there have been many block-shaped artificial reefs. Description
This issue relates to artificial reefs to protect and nurture fish stocks by providing a suitable environment for inhabiting fish and aquatic fishes in the sea. It is intended to be used as a foundation block for constructing various marine structures such as bridges, breakwaters and other port works.
In other words, this paper is a multi-purpose block that can be used not only as an artificial reef but also as a basic block of marine structures. Conventionally, there are many artificial reefs that are introduced to the seabed to protect fish stocks.
Originally, fish and shellfish in the sea require clean and uncontaminated natural environment, but as the industry develops, the sea is also polluted. In other words, unclean water and industrial wastes are introduced into the sea, and the natural environment is destroyed by indiscriminate reclamation projects, and fish and shellfish are gradually disappearing.
Therefore, artificially produced fish reefs will be put in place so that fish or shellfish in the sea can be stably inhabited. However, since the conventional artificial reefs merely provide a hideout where fish, shellfish, etc. can settle as described above, it is difficult to expect any other effects.
This paper can be used as an artificial reef when each of them is used, and when constructing the building by assembling this can constitute the basic structure of the marine structure.
This paper is designed to allow fish or shellfish to live in optimum conditions when used in the form of each block. If necessary, the block may be assembled to form a huge fish pond. It is possible to raise fish like a sea cage farm by inserting a screen net for catching fish. In some cases, when a trap device is installed on the screen net, it is possible to catch various seafood and migratory fish in the nearby sea. .
In addition, in order to build a large offshore foundation structure by assembling each block, it is easy to assemble and to easily build a structure. Each block surface is provided with grooves and corresponding protrusions to be tightly fitted together. In addition, the binding force becomes very strong because it can be coupled up and down using bolts through holes formed in the respective blocks. In addition, through-holes are formed inside each block, and the algae can pass through the through-holes, so that the force to withstand the algae is strong, thereby maintaining a stable structure state.
Particularly, if the size of the article is reduced, it can be used as a basic block when constructing an apartment-type factory. Using this solves this shortcoming. In addition, when the wire mesh is inserted inside the article of the present invention, the durability can be further enhanced.
In addition, the block of this paper has strong salt water resistance to withstand salt water with high salt content, and its durability is also strong enough to withstand natural disasters such as typhoon.

A cube (A) (A ') (B) (B') (C) (C ') has a through hole 2 in the center of the cube configured to have a constant thickness of concrete, and two surfaces (A) (B) has a rectangular tapered long groove (3), the inside of the long groove (3) has a plurality of holes (5), the opposite side (A ') (B') to correspond to the long groove (3) ) Has a projection (3 '), the projection (3') has a plurality of holes (5) to correspond to each other and a plurality of holes in the inside of the long groove (3), the remaining two surfaces (C) (C ') ) Is an artificial reef combined marine structure foundation block characterized in that it has a plurality of holes (5) and the projection (5 ').
Meanwhile, as another embodiment of the present invention, the support 4 may be formed in two of the through holes 2 formed in the surface as shown in FIG. 3, and in another embodiment, as shown in FIG. In the two surfaces C (C ') having only a plurality of holes 5 and protrusions 5' around the through holes, all of the through holes 2, the holes 5, and the protrusions 5 'are removed, It may also be configured to have only D) (D ').
The present invention configured as described above will be described in more detail as follows.
The main feature of this paper is that each block can be used as a reef when it is used one by one, and it can be used as a large reef when assembled by stacking it up, down, left and right, and at the same time, the basis of various marine constructions such as sea hotels, sea islands, bridges, and breakwaters. It can be used as a foundation block to construct a structure.
This paper is about 2m in width, length, and height, and the thickness is about 35cm in the shape of a cube, and each hole has two holes formed on each surface, so that it can be used as a fish pond when dropping into the sea.
However, the present case can be used for another purpose. If the items of the present case are continuously stacked up, down, left, and right, a huge structure having a very strong binding force can be constructed. After inserting the formed long groove (3) and the projection (3 ') formed to correspond to each other, and after inserting a plurality of holes (5) and the corresponding projection (5') to each other, formed in the long groove, protrusion, hole, projection When the holes 5 are bolted to each other, it is possible to obtain a strong structure with a very strong binding force.
Of course, the bolt used in this case is made of special alloy steel that is not easily oxidized in sea water.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention can be configured to form the support 4 in the two through holes (2) of the through holes formed in the surface as shown in Figure 3, if the support 4 is configured in this way, This is further strengthened so that even if each block is stacked high, the load can be sufficiently supported.
Of course, even in this case, it is not necessary to form a support only in two through holes, and if necessary, the support may be formed in the remaining holes.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 4 may be composed of a simple wall surface (D) (D ') of nothing formed only two sides of the surface, which is a plurality of holes ( 5) and the two surfaces C (C ') having only the projections 5', all the through holes 2, the holes 5, and the projections 5 'are removed, and only the wall surfaces D and D' are simply removed. It was to have.
The reason for this configuration in this paper is that it can be useful when constructing some offshore structures using the blocks in this paper and when it is necessary to construct the walls so that water does not enter if possible.
In other words, when placing concrete in the sea water, it is necessary to construct a wall surface that can maintain the maximum water density so that water does not enter if possible. In this case, the wall surface (D) (D ') in the present article is moved outward. This is because the desired purpose can be achieved by laminating by lamination.
Of course, even in this case, some water may seep through, but if you insert a general rubber packing between the block and the gap between the blocks, the water will not seep through. If there is more water to be pumped with a pump than water that seeps through, it will be possible to construct enough.
Meanwhile, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the three surfaces may form holes 5 and the other three surfaces may form protrusions 5 ′, so that the configuration may be simply configured. This too can be easily built up, down, left, right and stacked using bolts to build the foundation of the offshore structure.
The block in this paper can be used as a ground for each one, it is designed to build a huge offshore structure when combined to stack each other up, down, left and right.
In other words, the block of this cube, which is a cube, has a through hole formed in each of the cubes, so that the fish itself can be an excellent habitat for fish as they enter the hole. When combined with each other to be stacked, the binding force is strong, so that it can be used as a foundation block for laying the foundation of various structures constructed in the sea such as marine hotels, marine islands, bridges, and breakwaters.
As described above, the present invention can be used as an artificial reef and can also be used as a basic structure of an offshore structure, and thus its effect cannot be compared with a conventional artificial reef.
There have been many artificial reefs in the past. However, this was only used for artificial reefs, but since the block in this paper is used to construct the basic structure of marine structures, the effect is great. The structure can be constructed regardless of the method, and the stacking method is not limited to any one method but can be stacked in various ways.
In addition, when constructing offshore structures with this block, it is possible to flow algae into the trough, so that the algae can receive less power and can serve as a more stable foundation.
Particularly, if the size of the article is reduced, it can be used as a basic block when constructing an apartment-type factory. In the past, the work of the present article was cumbersome by using formwork when constructing a port facility. Using this solves this shortcoming. In addition, inserting a wire mesh into the inner part of the product can further enhance its durability, and it is possible to obtain economic benefits due to low manufacturing cost, and it is easy to assemble to shorten the construction period. It is a very useful design to aim at.
