Description
In general, most kinds of motors such as start motors, windshield wiper motors, radiator radiating motors, etc. are mostly DC motors, and the motors are stators and rotors, and the rotors are rotated in the stator. .
Conventionally, a guide block is installed in the gear housing of the motor to prevent the rotor shaft from moving in the rotational direction so that the rotation of the rotor can be made smoothly, and at the tip of the rotor shaft in the axial direction during the rotation of the rotor. In addition to restricting movement, a separate plug is fixed to prevent the tip of the shaft from wearing out.
As described above, although the rotation of the rotor is somewhat stabilized by supporting the rotor shaft by using a guide block, it does not help to prevent the rotor shaft from bending when thrust acts in the axial direction due to overload. I couldn't.
Furthermore, in the related art, a separate plug is abutted at the tip of the rotor shaft to prevent the rotor shaft from being worn, so that when the thrust acts in the axial direction due to the overload of the motor, the rotor shaft in contact with the plug is bent. I have a problem.
If the rotor shaft is to be rotated in the stator as described above, the rotor is shaken severely, accompanied by unpleasant noise, which causes a significant reduction in the efficiency and life of the motor.
Therefore, the present invention, in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, by installing a rotor shaft bending prevention device that can mitigate even if the thrust acting in the axial direction when the motor is overloaded at the tip of the rotor shaft The purpose of the rotor shaft deflection prevention device is to prevent the rotor shaft from being bent by supporting the tip of the shaft, which will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is an exemplary view showing that the rotor shaft is supported by the bending prevention device of the motor rotor shaft of the present invention,
Figure 2 is an illustration of the bending prevention device of the motor rotor shaft of the present invention,

1 is an exemplary view illustrating that the rotor shaft is supported by the motor rotor shaft bending prevention device to which the present invention is applied, and the present invention is a fixed arrangement of the rotor to rotate with the shaft inside the motor stator. It is characterized in that the fixing screw (2) is fixed to one end 10 of the rotor shaft (1) to prevent the rotor shaft (1) from bending.
As shown in FIG. 2, the assembly screw 2 for preventing the rotor shaft 1 from being bent includes an elastic member 23 and a housing for providing elasticity to the movable member 20 and the movable member 20. And a recessed portion 21 into which the front end 10 of the rotor shaft 1 is fitted on one side of the movable member 20, and an elastic member 23 such as a spring is formed on the rear surface thereof. Is arranged so that the movable member 20 has elasticity that enters and exits the inside of the housing 25.
The recessed portion 21 of the movable member 20 is of sufficient depth to prevent the tip 10 of the rotor shaft 1 from slipping easily from the movable member 20.
As such, the present invention provides an rotor screw 2 at the end of the rotor shaft 1 so that the rotor screw 2 imparts a constant pressure to press the one end of the rotor shaft 1 to the rotor. When the rotation of the shaft 1 is stabilized and the thrust acts in the axial direction due to the overload of the motor, the tip of the rotor shaft 1 when the rotor shaft 1 presses the assembly screw 2 ( 10) and the movable member 20 abuts and compresses the elastic member 23 is installed on the rear portion, and the movable member 20 is driven, the impact of the rotor shaft (1) acting in the axial direction The shock absorbing and absorbing effect is absorbed so that the rotor shaft 1 is rotated without bending.
As described above, according to the present invention, not only the rotation of the shaft of the rotor is stabilized as the adjustment screw retaining the elasticity supports the tip of the rotor shaft, but the thrust acts in the axial direction due to the overload. There is an effect that the service life of the motor is greatly extended without bending the electromagnetic shaft.
The present invention relates to a motor for a vehicle, and in particular, an adjustment screw is installed at one end of the rotor shaft to prevent the motor rotor shaft from bending when overloaded.
