Abstract

The present invention is a device designed to control the number of nutrient supply during nutrient cultivation, crops nutrient nutrient absorption according to the growth stage, in particular the nutrient nutrient absorption of the crop according to the amount of insolation varies greatly depending on the weather environment. On sunny days, the amount of nutrient absorption of crops is high, so the amount of nutrient supply must be increased. However, since the nutrient solution is supplied only by the time interval in the conventional method, it is impossible to supply the nutrient solution due to the change in the amount of insolation in the day.

Therefore, the present invention intends to manage the liquid supply suitable for the growth of the crop by adding the moisture tray (1) to the nutrient solution liquid supply over time. The water tray (1) is preferably located in the center of the cultivation greenhouse by connecting to the general cultivation bed, and after the water level sensor (2) is attached to the root zone of the crop, the amount of solar radiation increases and the nutrient solution of the crop increases. 1) The water level of the nutrient solution in the root zone is dropped, which is detected by the water level sensor (2), and sends an electrical signal to the controller to supply the nutrient solution.

Description

양액재배시 급액 조절을 위한 수분 트레이{THE WATER TRAY FOR CONTROLLING IRRIGATION IN HYDROPONICS}Moisture tray for nutrient supply during nutrient cultivation {THE WATER TRAY FOR CONTROLLING IRRIGATION IN HYDROPONICS}

The present invention is a device designed to control the number of nutrient supply during nutrient cultivation, it is difficult to properly manage the nutrient solution because the conventional nutrient supply system supplies nutrient solution only by time interval. Because the amount of nutrient absorption of crops varies by time of day according to the amount of insolation, the amount of nutrient solution is absorbed in the time of strong insolation, and the amount of absorption is small in the time of insolation.

Therefore, for the smooth growth of crops, it is necessary to supply the nutrient solution in consideration of the water condition in the medium (rock wool) according to the amount of nutrient solution absorbed by the crop rather than the management of the liquid supply by time intervals.

1 is a use state diagram of the present invention

2 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention

3 is a partial detailed view of the present invention

부직포1. Water tray 2. Water level sensor 3. Water level adjusting screw 4. Non-woven fabric

5. Stainless steel tray 6. Water level control tube 7. Medium 8. Crops

Moisture tray is connected to the existing cultivation bed by connecting a stainless tray (5) in the center of the cultivation greenhouse, put a medium (rock surface) (7) by laying a nonwoven fabric (4) thereon and then plant the crop (8).

When the medium (rock surface) 7 placed on the stainless tray 5 is removed from the bottom vinyl, the water level control tube 6 is adjusted to set the proper level. The water level on the drain side will be lowered. At this time, when the water level is lower than the lower limit level of the water level sensor 2, the electrical signal is sent to supply the nutrient solution, and the nutrient supply is continued until the upper limit level position of the water level sensor 2 is reached. The height of the water level detection sensor (2) is to be adjusted by the water level adjusting screw (3).

The water level sensor (2) uses a commercially available three-point floatless switch, one of the three points is grounded to the stainless tray (5), and one point is the lower limit water contact of the water level sensor (2). The other point is connected to the water level contact.

In this way, the present invention adds a feeding device using a water tray to manage nutrient feeding by time, and simply supplements irrational feeding management by time interval, and provides a feeding device suitable for growing crops according to the amount of nutrient feeding of crops by insolation. It has a characteristic.
