Abstract

방향제 수장함이 형성된 자동차 실내의 조종핸들에 관한 것이다.
협소한 자동차의 실내에 방향제 용기를 고정 비치하여 운전자의 주의를 산만하게 하고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로써, 핸들캡의 후육부 내부에 방향제 수용공간을 마련하여 실내공간 활용도를 극대화한 구조이다.
교체가능한 기어핸들이나 운전보조핸들에 적용할 수 있으며 가깝고도 은닉된 위치에서 방향기능을 발휘하며 별도로 방향제 용기를 마련하지 않아도 된다는 부수적 이익이 있다.

Description

방향제 수용부를 갖는 자동차용 핸들
본 고안은 방향제 수용부를 갖는 자동차용 핸들에 관한 것으로서 특히 기어핸들 또는 운전보조핸들에 적용될 수 있는 것이다.
자동차 실내에 방향제 용기를 비치하는 것은 일반화되어 있으며 흔히 운전자의 우측 전방의 평면상에 접착고정하고 있다.
자동차 실내의 공간은 대체로 협소하므로 기물을 비치하는 것은 운전자의 주의를 산만하게 하며 방향제 용기의 접착지점의 평면이 고르지 못한 경우에는 설치 상태가 매우 불안정하여 운행중 방향제 용기가 떨어지는 경우도 있다.
그러함에도 불구하고 자동차 실내에는 방향제 용기를 설치할 마땅한 위치나 공간이 없어 방향제의 발산이 용이하며 보다 은닉된 설치구조가 요망되고 있다.
본 고안은 자동차 실내에 운전자가 선택적으로 교체할 수 있는 기어핸들 또는 보조운전핸들의 내부에 그들의 기능을 방해하지 않으면서 방향제를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 마련함으로써 자동차 실내공간에서의 시각적 장애를 최소화 하고 별도의 방향제 용기를 구비하지 않도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

본 고안의 구성을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도1 및 도2에 예시한 것은 교체할 수 있는 수동식기어핸들로서, 핸들봉(30)과, 상부둘레에는 나선이 형성되고 하단에는 걸림턱(21)이 그리고 저부에는 삽입공(22)이 형성되어 고정볼트(23)으로 고정되는 소켓(20), 저부에 결합공(11)이 연장되어 수용부(12)를 형성하고 수용부(12) 둘레에는 외부로 관통된 수개의 발산공(13)이 천공된 핸들캡(10)을 순차적으로 결합한 구조이다.
핸들봉(30)에 소켓(20)을 끼우고 고정볼트(23)로 고정한 후 핸들캡(10)을 나사 결합하기전에 수용부(12)에는 방향제(14)가 수장된다.
수장된 방향제(14)의 향기는 발산공(13)을 통하여 외부로 발산되며 방향제(14)의 수명이 다하면 이를 교체하게 된다.
도3은 자동차의 운전핸들에 결합하여 운전핸들의 회전을 손쉽게 하기 위하여 장착하는 운전보조핸들로서 도1 및 도2의 경우와 마찬가지로 핸들캡(10')의 내부에 수용부(12')를 형성하고 발산공(13')을 천공한 구조로서 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 해당하는 구조이다.
본 고안은 자동차 실내의 핸들이 가지는 기능을 그대로 살리면서 핸들캡의 후육부를 방향제 수용공간으로 활용함으로써 운전자의 주의를 산만하게 하는 방향제 용기를 설치하지 않아도 되며 방향제 용기 없이도 핸들캡 내부에 방향제를 손쉽게 수용할 수 있게 함으로써 핸들이 훌륭한 방향제 용기의 기능까지 수행하게 하는 효과를 가진다.

  1. 핸들봉(30)과 소켓(20), 핸들캡(10)으로 조립되는 자동차용 핸들에 있어서, 핸들캡(10)의 내부에 방향제(14)가 수장되는 수용부(12)를 형성함과 아울러 수용부(12) 둘레에는 외부로 관통되는 수개의 발산공(13)을 천공한 구조를 특징으로 하는 방향제 수용부를 갖는 자동차용 핸들.
