Description
The present invention relates to a see-through window configured to observe the inside and the outside of a part of a door in a fire door or a front door, and in particular, by allowing the composition of the see-through window to be prefabricated, as well as improving productivity due to a shortening of the manufacturing process, as well as time and time. By reducing the waste of manpower, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the viewing window can be configured without damaging the door frame, so that the life can be improved and the appearance can be improved. It was designed to be economical in maintenance.
In general, the front doors of apartments, which are constructed for the purpose of fire prevention, are manufactured with metal as a whole, which is simple in appearance and cannot be observed inside and outside, resulting in frustration. There is,
Conventionally, in order to form a see-through window, the see-through hole was perforated on a metal plate during the manufacture of the door, and then the see-through glass was fixedly installed on the inner edge of the see-through glass using an adhesive sealant such as a silicone resin. Work is very cumbersome and wastes a lot of time and manpower, resulting in extremely low work efficiency.
This raises production costs and makes the product less competitive.
As the door frame is damaged by the perforation of the see-through, the durability is reduced and the service life is shortened, and the sealant for adhering the glass is exposed to the surface of the door, which makes the appearance uneven.
Since the fixing of the glass simply depends solely on the sealant, the supporting adhesive strength becomes weak, and thus, the door was more likely to be released during the impact of the door.
When the glass is broken, it is impossible to replace and repair only the glass, which causes a great problem in the post-complementary function, thereby reducing the reliability of the product.
The present invention is intended to solve the problems caused by the conventional structure as described above, so that the configuration of the see-through window can be made in a prefabricated, as well as to improve the productivity due to the shortening of the manufacturing process as well as to suppress waste of time and manpower It is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost, to construct the see-through window without damaging the door frame, to improve the lifespan and the appearance, and to make partial replacement and repair in case of breakage. The purpose is to be able to
