Abstract
본 고안은 칼라브라운관의 판넬측면 노광장치에 관한 것으로, 판넬의 블랙코팅공정중에서 판넬의 전면만 노광이 되고, 판넬의 측면이 노광되지 못하여 후에 무반사 흑색도료가 판넬의 측면을 브러쉬로 닦아 주어야 하는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 판넬의 전면이 노광이 되고 난 후에 광케이블이 설치된 판을 판넬의 내측에 상하로 이동이 가능하도록 설치함으로써 브러싱공정을 삭제하여 무반사 흑색도료의 제거작업을 용이하게 함과 아울러 흑색도료가 제거되고 난 후에도 판넬의 측면을 미려하게 하기 위한 것이다.The present invention relates to a panel side exposure apparatus of a color brown tube, in which the front side of the panel is exposed during the black coating process of the panel, and the side of the panel is not exposed, so that the anti-reflective black paint has to brush the side of the panel with a brush later.
