본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 납땜기를 튜브를 통해 환풍 팬과 연결하고 납땜작업중에 발생되는 유해연기를 직접 흡입하여 외부로 배출하도록 하므로서 작업자의 안전과 납땜기의 과열을 방지하도록 해주는 것이 목적이다. 이하 첨부도면 제1도 내지 제3도에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하도록 한다. 가열기(3)의 외주면에 지지대(4a)에 의해 지지되고 지지대(4a) 사이로 유해 연기가 지나가는 통로(4e)가 형성된 몸체(4)와, 상기 몸체(4)의 일단에 끼워져 상기 통로(4e)를 지난 유해연기가 통과하는 튜브(5)와, 상기 튜브(5)의 타단에 끼워져 튜브(5)를 지난 유해연기를 유도해주는 커버(8)와, 상기 커버(8)의 후방에 부착되어 유해연기를 배출해주는 환풍팬(9)과, 상기 튜브(5), 커버(8) 및 환풍팬(9)이 내설되는 케이스(7)와, 상기 몸체(4)의 통로(4e)내에 부착되어 통과되는 유해연기의 유속 및 온도를 감지하는 감지센서(12)등으로 구성된다. 상기 몸체(4)의 입구부에는 나팔형상의 공기흡입구(4C)가 형성되고, 체결나사 (2)로 팁(1)을 체결할 수 있도록 해주는 체결공(4b)이 형성된다. 그리고 상기 몸체(4)의 끼움부(4d)의 외주부에는 상기 튜브(5)가 부드럽게 삽입되고 이탈을 방지하도록 해주는 경사테두리(4f)가 형성된다. 또한, 상기 튜브(5)가 구부려 졌을때 꺽여지는 것을 방지해 주는 복원스프링 (6)이 상기 튜브(5)내에 내설된다. 그리고 상기 커버(S)의 끼움부(8a)애 상기 튜브(5)가 부드럽게 삽입되고, 이탈을 방지해주는 경사테두리(8b)가 형성된다. 그리고 상기 커버(8)를 지나는 유해연기의 유속을 조절하도록 상기 커버(8)와 케이스(7)에 유속조절후드(10)를 설치한다. 또한 상기 케이스(7)와 커버(8)에 설치되는 상기 튜브(5) 및 전선(7)의 유동을 방지하도록 고무재인 고정구(13)(13a)(33b)가 부설된다.The present invention has been devised in view of this point, and it is necessary to connect the soldering machine with the ventilation fan through the tube and to directly suck out harmful smoke generated during the soldering operation and to discharge it to the outside to prevent the safety of the operator and the overheating of the soldering machine.
