Abstract
본 발명은 인분주재 비료제조방법 및 그 제조 장치를 구성 함에 있어 종래에 생산성이 비효률적이고 제품이 질적으로 좋지 못하였던것을 지양하여 제조장치를 전라인 자동방식으로 개선 발명하고 비료의 비효성을 높이도록 개선 발명한 것으로서 발명의 요지는 협잡물분리기(1)에 의한 협잡물분리와 소각설비(2)에 의한 협잡물 소각처리를 하여 열원을 얻어 활용하고 분뇨저장탱크(3)에 저장한 분뇨를 분뇨 탈취탱크(4)에서 탈취를하며 부자재 공급기(5)에서 석탄재, 톱밥, 패각분 30%를 공급하여 선별기(6)를 거처서 분뇨, 부자재 혼합기(7)에서 분뇨70%와 혼합한 후 건조 발효기(8)에서 발효시킨 다음 밀폐형 이송파이프(20)을 이용하여 자연발효기(9)에 이송하여 열풍 공급관라인(21)을 통하여 열풍 및 공기를 공급하여 7일~10일 완숙 발효시키며 2차 선별기(10)에서 여과 한 다음 접착성 첨가제 혼합기(11)에서 접착성 첨가제를 혼합하며 건조기(13)에서 수분함유량20% 미만의 균일한 건조를 하고 제환기(14)에서 0.3cm~2cm 크기로 제품하여 냉각기(14)에서 냉각후 포장기(16)에서 20kg 단위로 포장함을 특징으로 하여서된 인분주재 비료 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한것이다.The present invention improves the production apparatus by the full-line automatic method and improves the inefficiency of the fertilizer in the production of the fertilizer-based fertilizer manufacturing method and its manufacturing apparatus in the past, productivity is inefficient and product quality was not good.
