Abstract
본 발명은 기존 열가소성물질인 P.V.C의 연소시 나타나는 환경유해물질인 다이옥신으로 인해 인간과 자연에 치명적인 환경오염을 일으키는 다이옥신이 전혀 발생하지 않으며 이산화탄소를 거의 제로 상태까지 줄일 수 있는 혁신적인 대체물질, 또한 국내산 스티렌연소시 발생하는 스티렌 다이머 역시 전혀 발생하지 않는 물질 발명과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 기초합성수지인 에틸렌 폴리머와 스티렌 에틸렌, 부타디엔, 터 폴리머를 기초로하여 충진제, 활제, 안정제 등 각종 첨가제를 혼합, 제조하며 기존 P.V.C와는 달리 환경유해물질인 다이옥신이 전혀 발생하지 않는 환경친화적 합성수지로서 기존 P.V.C제품 대체 및 우레탄 대용으로 그 시장성은 국내, 해외의 수요에 막급하다고 확신됨.The present invention is an innovative alternative material that can reduce carbon dioxide to near zero, and also domestic styrene, which does not generate dioxin, which causes fatal environmental pollution to humans and nature due to dioxin, which is an environmentally harmful substance that occurs during the combustion of the existing thermoplastic material PVC.
