Abstract

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic synthetic resin for substituting for PVC and its preparation method are provided, to prevent pollutant dioxin from being generated and to reduce the amount of the generation of carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic synthetic resin is prepared by mixing 70-90 wt% of an ethylene copolymer, 10-30 wt% of an EDPM terpolylmer, 0.3-0.5 wt% of a filler, 0.3-1 wt% of a lubricative, and 0.1-0.8 wt% of other additives; and melt extruding the mixture at a temperature of 210-260 deg.C in the case of a colored resin. Also the thermoplastic synthetic resin is prepared by mixing 5-30 wt% of an ethylene terpolymer, 70-90 wt% of an ethylene copolymer, 0.3-0.5 wt% of a filler, 0.3-1 wt% of a lubricative, and 0.1-0.8 wt% of other additives; and melt extruding the mixture at a temperature of 210-260 deg.C in the case of a colorless resin. Preferably the melt extruding process is carried out for 5-20 min.
