Claims (4)
- 회전속도가 가변가능한 구동모터와;상기 구동모터의 회전운동을 직선왕복운동으로 변환시키는 왕복운동 변환수단과;일단에 가진측 시편을 고정하면서 상기 왕복 운동수단에 의해 직선 왕복운동되는 가진측 시편홀더와;상기 왕복운동 변환수단으로부터 상기 가진측 시편홀더로 전달되는 직선 왕복운동거리를 조절하는 진폭조절수단과;일단에 상기 가진측 시편과 마주하는 고정측 시편을 고정하는 고정측 시편홀더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레팅마멸 시험장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 왕복운동 변환수단은 상기 구동모터로부터 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 캠, 상기 캠과 접하여 직선 왕복운동하는 동력전달봉으로 구성되고;상기 진폭조절수단은 상기 동력전달봉과 나란하게 위치된 상기 가진측 시편홀더를 수직상으로 연결하는 지렛대, 상기 지렛대의 힌지점을 조정하는 힌지, 상기 힌지의 위치를 지정하기 위한 힌지점 이송나사축으로 구성되고;상기 고정측 시편홀더는 시편위치 조정나사축에 의해 고정측 시편의 고정위치가 상기 가진측 시편의 왕복운동에 수직된 방향으로 변위가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레팅마멸 시험장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 캠은 상기 구동모터의 구동축과 편심되게 결합되는 편심원통으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레팅마멸 시험장치.
- 회전속도가 가변가능한 구동모터와;상기 구동모터의 회전운동을 직선왕복운동으로 변환시키는 왕복운동 변환수단과;가진측 시편을 고정하면서 상기 왕복 운동수단에 의해 직선 왕복운동되는 가진측 시편홀더와;상기 왕복운동 변환수단으로부터 상기 가진측 시편홀더로 전달되는 직선 왕복운동거리를 조절하는 진폭조절수단과, 일단에 상기 가진측 시편과 마주하는 고정측 시편을 고정하는 고정측 시편홀더와;상기 가진측 시편과 고정측 시편간의 수직 하중 및 전단하중을 측정하는 2축 로드셀, 진폭을 측정할 수 있는 선형가변차동변환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레팅마멸 시험장치.
