Abstract
전기에너지를 필요로하는 형광등은 전원이 ON 상태에서 자기식은 스타트초크 방식으로 발광하여 약 4초 이내에 고전압이 공급되어 점등후 발광하면 안정 전압에 의한 조명등의 역할을 한다. 한번 안정전압이 공급되면 특성상 공급전압 ±20% 까지는 소등되지 않으므로 조도량의 목적·장소에 따라 약간의 조도 차이가 나도 그 목적에는 지장이 없으므로 1차 절전 방법은 릴레이를 통한 자동 TAP TRANS를 초정밀 CT가 인지하여 IC 회로의 제어 방식으로 절전탭으로 전환 절전장치이며, TRANS 식 조명등은 역율보상회로를 채택하여 자동 역율을 보상하므로 무효 전류를 줄임으로 절전 효과를 가중 시켰다. 또한 릴레이 회로를 직열 방식으로 구성하여 전압 변동에 따른 깜박임을 없도록 고안하였다. 무부하로 인한 손실을 줄이기 위해 소등시 전원 양단에 전원을 off시켜 심야기간 동안의 누전에 의한 화재를 원청 봉쇄 하였다.Fluorescent lamps that require electrical energy emit light in a self-starting choke mode when the power is on, and a high voltage is supplied within about 4 seconds.
