Abstract

PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to compensate for the vertical deflection of the screen in a stable manner by preventing the coil cap from being moved. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke comprises a coil separator(10) including a screen part(11) coupled to the screen surface of a CRT and arranged at the outer periphery of the coil separator, a rear cover and a neck part extended from the central surface of the rear cover and coupled to an electron gun part of the CRT, wherein the screen part has at the outer periphery thereof a groove(100); a horizontal deflection coil and a vertical deflection coil arranged at the inner periphery and outer periphery of the coil separator, respectively, and which generate a horizontal deflection magnetic field and a vertical deflection magnetic field, respectively; and a coil cap(20) having a winding groove formed along the outer periphery of the coil cap so as to allow a tilting coil(21) for correcting tilted screen to be wound along the winding groove. The coil cap has a plurality of hooks(22) arranged along the inner surface of the coil cap so as to be coupled to the screen part of the coil separator, and a protrusion(200) arranged at the inner surface of the coil cap so as to be inserted into the groove formed at the outer periphery of the screen part.

이와같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 편향요크는, 음극선관의 스크린면에 결합되며, 외주면에는 소정간격으로 소정깊이의 홈이 형성되는 스크린부와, 리어 커버 그리고 리어 커버의 중심면으로부터 연장 형성되어 음극선관의 전자총부에 결합되는 네크부로 이루어진 코일 세퍼레이터와; 상기 코일 세퍼레이터의 내,외주면에 마련되며, 수평편향자계와 수직 편향자계를 형성하는 수평 및 수직편향코일과; 외주면에 화면상의 틸팅을 보정하기 위한 틸팅 코일이 권선되도록 소정깊이의 권선홈이 형성되고, 가장자리 내측면에 마련된 복수의 훅크편을 통해 상기 코일 세퍼레이터의 스크린부에 결합되며, 내측면에는 상기 코일 세퍼레이터의 스크린부의홈에 삽입되도록 돌기가 연장 형성된 코일 캡;을 포함하여 된 것을 그 특징으로 한다.In order to achieve the above object, the deflection yoke according to the present invention is coupled to the screen surface of the cathode ray tube, and the outer circumferential surface extends from the center surface of the rear cover and the rear cover and the rear cover and the rear cover and the center surface of the predetermined depth.
