Abstract

PURPOSE:To fixedly assemble a vertical deflection coil without damaging the vertical coil wires by providing a projection on a coil-cover portion facing to about middle point of the bent-up thickness of a horizontal deflection coil, and providing a recess, for holding the coil-cover, on a insulating frame at a position facing to the projection on the coil-cover. CONSTITUTION:After two insulating frames 1a, 1b are combined together, a bent-up portion of a deflection coil is held by bent-up portion holders 3a, 3b with the aid of coil-guide-ribs 4a, 4b. Then, a coil-cover 8 is fitted into collar portions 2a, 2b of insulating frames 1a, 1b from underside. A projection 9 for fitting into the insulating frames is fitted into the recess 6a, 6b for coil cover fitting over the side-plates 5a, 5b, and at the same time ribs 10a, 10b for preventing the rotation of the insulating frames are fitted to ribs 7a, 7b for preventing the rotation of the coil-cover, thus they are brought into the proper position. In this manner, a hook shaped projection protruding from the collar portion of the insulating frame can be eliminated.

ルも組み込めるようになった。
