Abstract

PURPOSE: An automatic temperature controller for a die is provided to keep the uniform temperature in a pipe by proportionally controlling the variable heat capacity of an input part and an output part using a variable motor value. CONSTITUTION: Detected values of detecting parts(7,9) are controlled by controlling variable motor values(3,10). To keep the uniform temperature in a pipe, the detected values of the detecting parts is controlled to be the same by proportionally controlling an inlet part and an outlet part. Therefore, rapid cooling or overheating is prevented. According to precise control of temperature, temperature management of a die becomes easy. Additionally, accumulation of saturated steam in the pipe due to rapid cooling and overheating is avoided.
