Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and highly precisely control the inner temperature of a culture chamber by detecting the temperature of the culture chamber insulated with a jacket, and supplying warm water into the jacket from a temperature- controlled warm water tank, only when the detected temperature is deviated from a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The inner temperature of a culture tank 1 insulated with a jacket is detected by a temperature detector 4. Only when the detected temperature is deviated from a preliminarily set temperature range, warm water is supplied into a jacket from a warm water tank 6 having a controlled temperature to control the culture chamber 1 to a prescribed temperature. The temperature of the warm water chamber 6 is controlled e.g. with a heater 7, a cooling water valve 8 and a temperature controller. The temperature of a culture tank 1 is controlled by adjusting the opening degree of an automatic three-way valve 3 by the control of the PID output of a culture chamber temperature controller 5 to control the volume of warm water fed from a circulation pump 2.
