Abstract
Description
본 발명은 자동차용 연료절감판 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 연료탱크의 내면에 높은 자력을 발생하는 자석을 다수 부착하면서 내부에는 세라믹 원석의 미분쇄물에 산화철 산화마그네슘 및 산화코발트를 혼합한 연료절감판을 설치하여 원적외선의 고주파에 의해 연료의 분자구조의 결합상태를 끊어주도록 하고 자석의 자기장에 의해 연료의 분자구조에서 분리된 전자들의 운동이 활발해지도록 하여 연료의 분자구조가 정상적으로 정렬하도록 함으로써 연료절감 및 매연저감에 효과를 얻을수 있도록 한 자동차용 연료절감판 조성물에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 종래의 차량용 연료공급장치는 실용신안 등록출원 제91-25143호(공고번호 제94-102275호)와 실용신안 등록출원 No 27640이 있으나, 전자는 세라믹 분말과 애자분말을 혼합한 발열체에 열선을 내설하여 몸체에 설치함으로써 예열장치를 통과하는 연료를 간접 가열함으로써 적정온도까지 가열할 수 있도록 한 것이나 연료가 예열장치를 통과하는 시간이 너무 짧고 발열체와 접하는 시간이 너무 작아 엔진에 제공되는 연료유를 적정온도로 일정하게 유지시킬 수 없음은 물론 세라믹에 의한 효과를 얻을 수 없게 되는 문제점이 있으며, 후자는 연료가열 히터에 있어서 일자형 카트리지 히터로서는 히터의 발열이 국소적으로 고온을 발생하기에 일정한 온도를 발생할 수 없어 내부에 격판을 설치하여 통과하는 연료유의 통과시간을 길게 하려하나 제작상 난점이 있으며, 일자형 카트리치 히터로는 적은 단면적에 고온을 발생시킴으로 베이퍼 록(VAPOR LOCK)현상에 의하여 엔진에 제공되는 연료유에 공기가 혼입되어 엔진출력에 부조현상이 일어나는 문제점이 있었다.Conventional vehicle fuel supply apparatuses have utility model registration application No. 91-25143 (notification No. 94-102275) and utility model registration application No. 27640.
