Claims (3)
- 고온초전도체의 특성을 이용한 무 접촉 저널베어링에 있어서,중심에 회전체 축이 삽입되며 상기 회전체 축 주위에 서로 동일 극끼리 마주보는 축 방향으로 자화된 원환형 자석과 그 사이 사이에 반경 내향 또는 반경 외향으로 자화된 원환형 자석을 반복적으로 배열 삽입하여 구성되는 회전자 저널과,상기 회전자 저널과 적절한 간격을 유지하면서 상기 저널 주위를 둘러싸는 것으로서 자속을 고정하는 성질이 있는 고온초전도체로 이루어진 고정자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 할바크 배열을 응용한 고온초전도 저널 베어링.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고정자는, 회전체의 하중을 받는 부분에 저널의 자석 배열과 상호 척력을 발생하도록 배열되어서 회전체의 하중을 지지하는 고정자 자석과,그 나머지 부분에 설치되어 자속을 고정하는 고온초전도체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 할바크 배열을 응용한 고온초전도 저널 베어링.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 다수의 모듈로 분리된 고온초전도체를 자기장 외 냉각(zero-field cooling)시킨 후 각 모듈을 베어링 작동 위치로 이동하여 전체 고정자를 구성함으로써 고온초전도체의 자속 배척력을 이용하여 반경 방향의 자기 압력을 강화함을 특징으로 하는 고온초전도 저널베어링.
