PURPOSE: A rear collision warning device is provided to reduce wire of a vehicle by sensing a rear obstacle with a sensor, and to improve precision by moving the sensor light and left in a rear bumper. CONSTITUTION: A rear crush warning device comprises a sensor moving unit(10) mounted in a rear bumper of a vehicle to move as roof, lack or pinion type by a step motor(15); a distance sensor(13) installed on a rail(17); an ultrasonic transceiver buffer(7) communicating distance with the obstacle without wire; a control unit(5) calculating distance value input from the ultrasonic transceiver buffer while controlling the step motor; and a display unit(3) indicating position of the sensor, a buzzer, and the obstacle. The sensor detects the distance value with the obstacle and inputs the distance value into the ultrasonic transceiver buffer. Then, the control unit controls the step motor and displays the input distance value on the display unit. The sensor displays the position of the obstacle by detected distance value, and repeatedly detects the obstacle by moving toward the other end.
