The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and a luminous leather of a harmless noctilucent leather, and more particularly, to provide a leather having excellent nighttime identification and durability by coating a luminous material during a finishing process.

In general, leather is excellent in heat retention and excellent durability of the product is widely used in the manufacture of clothing, and soft properties are widely used in wallets and other belongings, shoes, and the like.

Conventional leather as described above is produced by the manufacturing process as follows, look at based on Figure 1 as follows.

Manufacturing process>

1. Hair removal and dirt removal

Wash the salted leather and remove any hair on the surface to prevent deterioration.

2. Remove oil layer

The oil layer on the back of the leather is removed to form a pure leather layer.

Leather is adsorbed with metal salt or leather material to improve the physical properties of weak raw leather tissue.

4. 가공4. Processing

The back of the leather (dermis layer) is cut to the required thickness.

5. 염색5. Dyeing

Put the leather in the dye bath to dye the leather in the desired color.

6. 건조6. Drying

The moisture contained in the dyed leather is dried.

7. Finishing

It is a process of painting to give the desired final color and coating to protect the painted color.

The finishing process can be done in various ways such as spraying, padding, embossing, ironing, and roller coating, where the coating liquid is 300% of acrylic resin by weight and adhesive. 150% urethane resin, 50% wax as a tactile agent, 120% filler and 180 ~ 220% pigment as a tactile and gloss regulator are used.

The conventional leather manufactured by the manufacturing process as described above was manufactured by focusing on the sensual side such as color. For example, when the shoes are manufactured using such leather, the color is clear during the day and the aesthetics may be exerted. However, when worn at night there was a disadvantage that the color is not discernible.

The present invention has been researched and developed in order to secure the disadvantages of the prior art as described above, a coating liquid mixed with pigments, waxes, fillers, acrylic resins and mixtures in which luminous pigments are added to a solution of dispersant and water during the finishing process of leather manufacturing process. By mixing with the luminous pigment on the surface of the leather evenly to provide a leather with excellent night-identification is to complete the present invention with the technical problem of the present invention.
