Abstract

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing metallic salts of higher fatty acid, metallic soap, is provided, which has the improved stability and color expression. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains higher fatty acid salts of nonalkalic metals, such as calcium, zinc, magnesium and aluminium, as solid binders, especially contains 4 to 10 wt.% of Mg-Myristate and Zn-Sterate. The cosmetic composition powder minimizes the quantity of oil components to increase its stability and color expression and is thus applied to two way cake, eye shadow or powder blush and the like.

일반적으로 분백류 화장료에서 오일 성분들은 부착성 증진과 분체 상호간의 응집성 향상을 위해 사용된다. 특히, 오일 성분이 분백류 화장료에서 밀착감, 지속성 등에 중요한 영향을 미치기 때문에 일반적으로 무미, 무취, 가벼운 사용감, 발수성 등에서 하이드로카본계와 에스테르계가 주로 사용된다. 그리고, 실리콘 오일은 퍼짐성은 좋으나 부착성이 저하되는 경향이 있어, 에스테르 등의 종류가 다른 오일을 사용하는 것이 좋은데 실리콘 오일과 분리되지 않는 것을 잘 선택해야 한다. 또한, 부착성을 증대시키기 위해 소량의 고점도 오일을 사용할 수 있다. 바인더로 오일 이용시 고려할 사항은 함량이 너무 작을 때는 색상 표현력은 양호하나 분체 상호간의 응집성이 현저히 저하되어 제품 사용시 가루 날림이 심하고 낙하 안정성이 현저히 떨어진다. 또한, 함량이 너무 많을때는 분체 상호간의 응집성이 현저히 높아져, 낙하 안정성이 현저히 좋아지나 제품 표면에서의 그레이징이 심하게 되고 오일 wetting에 의한 안료 입자의 반사율 저하와 광산란능 저하로 인하여 외관색에 비해 표현되는 색상이 떨어진다. 현재, 분백류 화장료에서 바인더로 주로 사용되고 있는 것은 액상 오일인데 제품 안정성, 사용성 등의 문제점으로 인해 오일의 종류에 따라 다르지만 대략 10-20% 정도 함유하는 것이 가장 안정하다. 이와 같이 분백류 화장료에서 오일 바인더의 역할은 제형의 안정성을 유지하는데 필요 불가결하다. 그러나, 오일 바인더 함량의 증가로 성형성과 낙하 안정성은 향상되나, 오일 wetting에 의한 안료 입자의 반사율 저하와 광 산란능 저하로 인하여 외관색에 비해 표현되는 색상이 현저히 떨어진다. 또한, 펄의 함량이 많은 아이섀도에서는 펄감이 상당히 떨어지는 단점 때문에 오일 바인더의 함량을 최소화 하려는 추세이다.Generally, oil components in powdered cosmetics are used to improve adhesion and cohesion between powders. 실시예Example

실시예 1-2는 상기 표 1의 조성에 따른다. 성분 1-5를 분쇄기로 1회 분쇄한 후 1000rpm에서 5분간 헨셀 믹서에서 혼합한 후 오일을 분사한다. 이후 1000rpm에서 2분간 혼합하고 1회 분쇄한 후 20Kgf/cm2의 압력으로 고형화하여 실시예 1-2의 분백류 화장료를 제조하였다. 비교예 1-3은 실시예 1-2의 제조방법에 준하여 아이섀도를 제조하였다.Example 1-2 is according to the composition of Table 1 above. 표 2에 따르면, 실시예 1-2가 비교예 1-2에 비해 색상 표현력이 상당히 우수하다. 이는 비교예가 실시예에 비해서 상대적으로 과량의 오일이 첨가되어서 오일 wetting에 의한 색소 입자의 반사율 저하와 광 산란능 저하로 인하여 색상 표현력이 저하된 것으로 판단된다.According to Table 2, Example 1-2 is significantly superior in color expressive power as compared to Comparative Example 1-2. 또한, 비교예 3은 실시예 1에 비해 색상 표현력은 거의 유사하나 낙하 안정성이 현저히 떨어지는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이는 비교예 3이 분체 입자를 응집시켜주는 결합제로 쓰이는 오일의 양이 작기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 반면에 실시예 1은 오일 바인더 함량은 비교예 3과 동일하지만 분체 입자를 응집시킬 수 있는 고체 바인더 역할을 하는 Mg-Myristate 때문에 낙하 안정성이 증가된 것으로 판단된다. 여기서 오일부의 함량이 3 중량% 미만이 되면 낙하 안정성이 떨어지며 제품 사용시 가루날림이 심하고 퍼프에 묻어나는 양도 많아서 화장이 지저분해진다. 또한, Mg-Myristate의 함량이 10중량% 이상이 되면 제품을 사용시 미끈거리는 힘이 강하고 퍼짐성이 떨어지는 단점이 있다.In addition, Comparative Example 3 can be seen that the color expressive power is almost similar to that of Example 1, but the drop stability is significantly lower.
