Abstract

PURPOSE: An anionic adhesive and a method for manufacturing the same are provided which exceeds adhesive strength of an organic adhesive, is nonpolluting, inexpensive due to simple manufacturing process, easily performs coating operation of the adhesive and promotes health of the human body by adding anionic inorganic powder materials in a specific method. CONSTITUTION: The anionic adhesive is characterized in that an added mixture consisting of 5 to 40 wt.% of anionic inorganic material, natural incense and mold generation inhibitor is injected to a starch thickening agent in a gel state. The method for manufacturing the anionic adhesive comprises the processes of transforming the starch into the gel state by heating the slurry after manufacturing a slurry by adding the water to starch as slowly stirring water an amount of which is 3 to 5 times as much as the starch; manufacturing an anionic inorganic material by sealing the mixture for one day after mixing the gel state under the cooling conditions as further slowly cooling the transformed gel state to a temperature of 30 deg.C or less; injecting 5 to 40 wt.% of an added mixture of anionic inorganic material, natural incense and mold generation inhibitor based on the weight of the starch thickening agent; and mixing the materials and further slowly cooling the mixture.
