개인이 홈페이지를 만들기에는 아직도 많은 어려움이 있다
그러나 많은 사람들이 사이버 세계에 관심을 갖고 있다.
본 발명은 누구나 홈페이지를 쉽게 소유할 수 있게 하기 위하여 원하는 사람에게 무료로 홈페이지를 제작 제공하며, 관리하여 주고 생활에 유익한 정보를 제공하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 하며 초보자라도 쉽게 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 내용을 구성하여 여러 사이트를 돌아다니지 않아도 필요한 정보나 일을 처리할 수 있도록하며 사용자가 마치 집에서 편리하게 은행이나 관공서에 또는 시장에 다닐 필요없이 일을 처리할 수 있도록 가상의 세계에서도 돌아다닐 필요가 없도록 하여주는 것이다.
개인이 그런 웹사이트를 구축하기엔 무리가 있으나 본 발명은 무료로 이모든 작업을 하여 고객을 회원으로 확보 지속적인 정보의 제공으로 편의를 도모하며 향후에는 여건에 따라 인터넷 단말기 까지도 무료로 제공하며 소요 비용은 기업체나 관공서, 단체 등의 여론조사, 제품홍보, 기타 광고비 등 으로 이익을 창출함을 특징으로 한다.

인터넷의 열풍은 온 세계를 휩쓸고 있다.
모든 신문과 미디어는 연일 인터넷에 관한 기사와 보도로 날을 지샌다.
본 발명은 누구나 좀더 편하게 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 돕는데 있다.
남녀노소 빈부격차 없이 원하면 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 하는 것이다.
인터넷 정보를 이용하기 위하여 컴퓨터 학원에 다닐 필요도 없다
TV를 보기위하여 기술이 필요 하다면 문제가 심각해진다.
본 발명은 이런 불합리한 점을 개선하여 누구나 본인이 원하면 정보의 바다에서 집을 갖고 필요한 정보를 활용토록 최대한 편하게 생활에 유용하도록 무료로 홈페이지를 제작하여 웹사이를 구축하여 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 돕는것이다.
종래에는 누구나 알다시피 인터넷을 배우기 위하여 학원에 다니거나 홈페이지를 만들기 위해서는 특정 소프트 웨어나 관련 프로그램의 사용방법을 배워야 하는 까다로움이 있었다 그렇게 배우더라도 디자인 감각이 없이 아마추어가 만든 홈페이지는 미관이나 구동에도 여러 문제점이 있었다.
이 또한 형편이 안되면 그저 바라만 보는 안타까운 현실 이었다.
각 개인과 업체의 취향에 맞는 다양한 디자인과 편리한 설계 및 프로그램으로 시스템을 구축하고 누구나 원하면 사이버 월드에서 홈페이지를 소유할 수 있도록 무료로 홈페이지를 제작 제공하고 관리해주며 정보활용시 사용에 전혀 부족함이 없도록 조치하며 소요되는 비용과 이익의 창출은 광고 및 홍보비 등 으로 한다.

즉 지금처럼 기본적으로 필요한 정보를 찾아 헤메이지 않도록 기본적인 정보(금융, 부동산, 증권, 물품구입, 문서작성, 관공서, 도서관, 연예 오락 등)를 갖춘 시스템을 설계 구축하고 또한 사용자가 자신의 홈에서 필요한 작업들을 인터넷상의 관련 소프트웨어를 이용하여 편하게 할 수 있도록 하여 완벽한 정보활용의 장이 되도록 하므로 포털 사이트를 방문하거나 이곳 저곳 헤메이지 않아도 자신의 홈에서 웬만한 일은 처리 될수 있도록 하며 여기에 소요되는 비용과 이익의 창출은 광고 및 홍보비 등 으로 한다.
무료 홈페이지 제작 및 관리와 전 국민의 쉬운 정보 활용방법 제공으로 정보화 시대를 단기간에 빨리 앞당길 수 있는 혁신적인 계기가 된다.

  1. 전 국민을 상대로 회원을 모집, 무료 홈페이지를 제작 제공하며 관리하되 네트웍으로 연결, 생활에 필요한 모든 정보를 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 즉 주변 편의시설을 홈페이지와 직접 연결 회원 가입자는 자신의 홈페이지에서 직접 쇼핑과 금융결제, 부동산, 증권, 교육, 연예 오락, 취미생활, 문서작성, 민원 등 생활에 필요한 대부분의 일을 해결할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 구축하여 제공하며 전화번호부나 홈페이지 주소를 찾아 인터넷상에서 헤메이지 않도록 기본적인 포털사이트의 기능을 탑재하여 초보자라도 편리하고 쉽게 정보를 이용할 수 있게하며 홈페이지에 지정되는 업소 및 업체, 기관 등의 광고 및 홍보로 수익을 창출함을 특징으로 하며 향후 형편에 따라 정보이용 단말기까지 무료로 제공함을 특징으로 한다.
