But the first pneumatic pressure isn't transferred to the lower air stratum(5) when the second pneumatic pressure is deflated rapidly. Thus, though air in the lower air stratum(5) is deflated completely, air in the upper air stratum(4) is to be maintained as normal pressure. Therefore, the tire prevents a big accident and drives to a short distance in safety even when the tire is burst.
