Claims (4)
- 분광 광도계 시스템을 이용하여 샘플(sample) 시료의 잔류 농약을 분석하기 위한 속성 분석 방법에 있어서,상기 분광 광도계를 작동시키기에 앞서, 블랭크(blank) 시료, 컨트롤(control)시료, 및 샘플 시료들의 반응을 계속해서 측정할 수 있도록 시료들을 전처리하는 제1단계;상기 전처리한 시료들을 상기 분광 광도계에 동시에 장착하고 시료와 측정 시간을 설정하는 제2단계;상기 분광 광도계가 자동으로 일정 기간 동안 시료들의 흡광도를 측정하여 저해율을 산출하는 제3단계; 및측정된 전 기간 중 사용자가 저해율 산출에 적용할 구간을 피드백받고 산출 과정을 재실행하여주는 제4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속성 분석법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 단계는,각 시료의 반응이 진행됨에 따라 시료들의 흡광도를 동시에 계속적으로 측정하는 단계;상기 측정 결과에 따라 도출된 흡광도 변화량을 검출하는 단계; 및상기 검출된 흡광도 변화량에 의해 저해율을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속성 분석법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저해율 산출 단계는 다음의 수학식,저해율(%) = {(컨트롤 시료의 흡광도의 변화량 - 샘플 시료의 흡광도의변화량) / 컨트롤 시료의 흡광도의 변화량} × 100에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 속성 분석법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡광도 변화량 검출 단계는 트렌드(trend) 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 제3단계는 사용자에게 실시간으로 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 속성 분석법.
