Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sound-absorbing material containing polyester is provided to enhance a sound-absorbing performance with a low cost as well as enhance the recycling efficiency by recycling waste absorbing material. CONSTITUTION: First, low melting fiber is mixed to polyester fiber with a ratio of 7:3. Then, the mixture is formed into absorbing material(1) of sheet shape under constant temperature. Next, the absorbing material(1) is seated on a wirenet conveyer horizontally mounted within an oven(10) to be preheated under constant temperature. Then, the heated absorbing material(1) is inserted between a female mold(21) and a male mold(22) to be pressed with constant pressure for predetermined time for forming products of desired shape. Finally, a liquid surface treatment agent(2) is coated on a surface of the absorbing material(1).
