건축물 외벽에 사용되는 스티로폼 외장재를 규격화함에 있어서, 노출부위(2)는 입체의 돌출무늬를 구성하고 좌변(a)과 하변(b)에는 요입되게 하며 우변(c)과 상변(d)은 돌출되도록 구성한 외장재 본체(1) 이면의 우변(c)과 하변(b)으로 돌출되도록 망사원단(13)을 스티로폼접착제와 몰탈이 혼합된 접착몰탈(14)로 접착하고, 노출부위(2)에는 스티로폼접착제와 몰탈이 혼합된 접착몰탈(10)을 바르고 망사원단(11)을 접착 건조시킨 다음 그 표면에 표면몰탈(12)을 도포 건조시킨 후 아크릴계 투명도료로 코팅하여서 제조하는 방법이다.In standardizing the styrofoam exterior material used for the exterior wall of a building, the exposed part 2 constitutes a three-dimensional protrusion pattern, and the left side (a) and the lower side (b) are recessed, and the right side (c) and the upper side (d) are protruded.
