Description

A manufacturing method in synthetic fur}A manufacturing method in synthetic fur

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing artificial fur having a similar appearance and feel to natural fur, by weaving and processing pile fabrics.

Natural fur is used as a material for high-quality clothing, which is a symbol of wealth because it is warm, light and glossy. However, the movement to protect the animals provided with fur is continuously being developed, so the need for the development of artificial fur very similar to natural fur is needed. It is proposed that artificial fur similar to natural fur should be properly distributed with short pile yarns centering on long pile yarns.

Conventionally, we have been weaving and processing numerous pile fabrics to manufacture the above-mentioned artificial fur, but when weaving, weaving three weft yarns into W-shape and over two weft yarns, and again weaving three wefts into W-shape It is composed by repeating the walking organization.

The organization structured as described above has piled yarns per unit area so that they are not laid down naturally and have a sense of weight, which not only degrades the quality but also increase the cost by using pile yarns a lot. In the post-processing process, the pile yarn is cut by applying an alkali treatment agent having a specific viscosity or a specific viscosity to the pile yarn in order to change the length of the pile yarn, and then subjected to heat treatment to provide artificial fur. In addition, there were a number of problems, such as cumbersome work process.

The present invention is a combination of nylon yarn and PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl alcohol), PP (polypropylene) yarn to solve the above problems to form a pile yarn, then two rows of pile yarn weft of the upper tissue 5 Hang the bones alternately and hang the 5 wefts of the lower tissues, and at the same time, two rows of pile yarns cross the 5 wefts of the lower tissues, and the 5 wefts of the upper tissues, and repeat the loops to form the tissue of the pile fabric. In the process of dyeing, the purpose of providing artificial fur close to the natural fur by a simple method of shrinking the polyethylene, ethylene vinyl alcohol, polypropylene yarn except nylon yarn.

When described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings a preferred configuration and method of the artificial fur manufacturing method of the present invention.

First process (preparation process)

나일론사와 PE(폴리에칠렌), EVA(에칠렌비닐알콜), PP(폴리프로필렌)사를 합연사하여 파일사를 구성한다.Nylon yarns, PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl alcohol) and PP (polypropylene) yarns are jointly twisted to form pile yarns.

Second Process (Weaving Process)

When weaving the upper tissue (7) and the lower tissue (8) at the same time while feeding the pile yarn between the weft yarn (5) of the upper tissue and the weft yarn (5) of the lower tissue, two rows of pile yarn (2) (4) Hook five wefts of the upper tissue (5) and cross five wefts (5) of the lower tissue, and two rows of pile yarns (1) (3) cross five of the wefts (5) of the lower tissue. Repeatedly repeat the tissue consisting of 5 upper weft yarns (5) while walking the four-line pile yarn between the four weft yarns (5) of the upper tissue and the four weft yarns (5) of the lower tissue (2) ) (4) (1) (3) to form a fixed length and then cut the pile yarn to separate the upper tissue (7) and lower tissue (8).

3rd process (dyeing and shrinking process)

It is placed in a dye bath (6), dyed PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl alcohol), PP (polypropylene) yarn in the required color at about 70 to 80 ℃ conditions, and then processed and packaged.

Referring to the operation of the artificial fur of the present invention as described above in detail as follows.

First of all, the two piles of pile yarns forming the artificial fur are intersected by five yarns (5), floating four yarns (5), and four pile yarns are formed between the two yarns (5). In addition, the pile yarn is held by 5 weft yarns (5), so it is not easy to fall out. In addition, during the dyeing process, PE (polyethylene), EVA (ethylene vinyl alcohol), and PP (polypropylene) yarns are dyed to the required color and reduced at the same time. .

Therefore, the nylon yarn constituting the pile yarn is kept in the length of the woven state as it is, the rest is shortened, its length is short, and the winding is to have a shape and shape similar to natural fur.

The method of manufacturing artificial fur as described above is that five yarns constituting the tissue of the artificial fur hold pile yarns so that they do not fall out well and pile yarns are formed at appropriate intervals, so that a part of pile yarns can be easily reduced during dyeing to form a staircase. Therefore, it is effective to provide high quality artificial fur close to natural fur at low cost of production.
