Abstract

PURPOSE: A low noise amplifying circuit for mobile communication terminal is provided to improve the linearity by decreasing a reflective coefficient. CONSTITUTION: The first hybrid(200) receives a signal received to an antenna and outputs first and second signals having half power and a certain phase difference. The first amplifier(201) receives the first signal outputted from the first hybrid(200) and adjusts a reflective coefficient to output a signal having a desired low noise characteristic. The second amplifier(202) receives a signal outputted from the first amplifier(201) and amplifies a gain. The third amplifier(203) receives the second signal outputted from the first hybrid(200) and adjusts a reflective coefficient to output a desired low noise characteristic. The fourth amplifier(204) receives a signal outputted from the third amplifier(203) and amplifies a gain. The second hybrid(210) receives a signal outputted from the second amplifier(202) and a signal outputted from the fourth amplifier(204), and combines only in-phase components to output the combined signal.
