Claims (15)
- (ⅰ) 10개 이상의 탄소원자 함유 디올에서 선택된 제 1 알콜;(ⅱ) 8개 미만의 탄소원자 함유 알킬렌 디올 및 알킬렌옥시 디올, 폴리올 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 제 2 알콜;(ⅲ) (a) 전하를 띤 작용기 또는 원자함유 디올, (b)전하를 형성할 수 있으며 전하를 띤 작용기 또는 원자로 전환되는 무전하 작용기 또는 원자를 함유한 디올, 및 (c)폴리올에서 선택된 제 3 알콜을 포함한 다양한 알콜의 수산기와 폴리이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하며, 폴리올의 수산기를 전하를 띤 작용기 또는 원자 함유 화합물이나 전하를 형성할 수 있는 무전하 작용기 또는 원자 함유 화합물과 반응시키고 무전하 작용기 또는 원자를 전하를 띤 작용기 또는 원자로 전환시키는 과정을 포함하는 전하를 띤 폴리우레탄 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 음이온성 폴리우레탄 제조시 제 1 알콜이 10개 이상의 탄소원자 함유 지방족 측쇄 치환기를 갖는 지방족 디올임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 음이온성임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 양이온성임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 양쪽성임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 앞선 청구항 중 한 항에 있어서, 제 3알콜이 (a) 전하를 띤 작용기 또는 원자함유 디올 (b) 전하를 형성할 수 있는 무전하 작용기 또는 원자 함유 디올 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 앞선 청구항 중 한항에 있어서, 제1 및 제 2 알콜이 제 3아롤 도입전 반응공정에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 앞선 청구항 중 한항에 있어서, (ⅰ) 제 1 알콜이 10개이상의 탄소원자 함유 지방족 치환기를 갖는 지방족 디올이고; (ⅱ) 제 2 알콜이 디올, 트리올, 테트라올 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택되며; (ⅲ) 제 3 알콜이 N-알칸디올 디알킬아민, 이의 산부가염 및 4차화 생성물, N-알킬 디알칸올아민, 이의 산부가염 및 4차화 생성물, 카르복실산기 함유 디올, 카르복실레이트기 함유 디올, 술폰산기 함유 디올, 술포네이트기 함유 디올 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 앞선 청구항 중 한 항에있어서, (1)제 1 알콜의 수산기 10 내지 60몰%, (2)제 2 알콜의 수산기 3 내지 50몰%, (3) 제 3 알콜의 수산기 25 내지 60몰%를 사용하여((1)+(2)+(3)의 합은 100)반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 9항중 한항에 따른 방법으로 수득되는 전하를 띤 폴리우레탄
- 제 10 항에 따른 또는 제1항 내지 9항중 한항에 따라 제조된 전하를 띤 폴리우레탄을 함유한 수성 분산물.
- 재료 표면에 조성물을 적용하여 쉬이트 또는 웹형태의 재료를 표면 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 조성물이 제10항에 따른 전하를 띤 폴리우레탄이나 제11항에 따른 전하를 띤 폴리우레탄 함유 수성 분산물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표면처리방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 쉬이트 또는 웹형태의 재료가 셀룰로오스 제품임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 수성 사이징 조성물을 사용하여 수행되는 표면 사이징 방법임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 수성 안료 조성물을 사용하여 수행되는 종이 코팅 방법임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
