Claims (10)
- Co 약 10 내지 약 15중량%, Cr 약 18 내지 약 22중량%, Al 약 0.5 내지 약 1.3중량%, Ta 약 3.5 내지 약 4.5중량%, Mo 약 1 내지 약 2중량%, W 약 13.5 내지 약 17.0중량%, C 약 0.08중량% 이하, Zr 약 0.06중량% 이하, B 약 0.015중량% 이하, Mn 약 0.4 내지 약 1.2중량%, Si 약 0.1 내지 약 0.3중량% 및 잔여량의 Ni를 포함하는 고용체 강화 초합금 용접 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,C가 약 0.02중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하고, Zr이 약 0.01중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하며, B가 약 0.005중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Co 약 13.5중량%, Cr 약 20중량%, Al 약 0.8중량%, Ta 약 4중량%, Mo 약 1.5중량%, W 약 15.5중량%, C 약 0.05중량%, Zr 약 0.03중량%, B 약 0.01중량% 이하, Mn 약 0.7중량%, Si 약 0.2중량% 및 잔여량의 Ni를 포함하는 조성물.
- Co 약 10 내지 약 15중량%, Cr 약 18 내지 약 22중량%, Al 약 0.5 내지 약 1.3중량%, Ta 약 3.5 내지 약 4.5중량%, Mo 약 1 내지 약 2중량%, W 약 13.5 내지 약 17.0중량%, C 약 0.08중량% 이하, Zr 약 0.06중량% 이하, B 약 0.015중량% 이하, Mn 약 0.4 내지 약 1.2중량%, Si 약 0.1 내지 약 0.3중량%, 잔여량의 Ni 및 통상적인 불순물로 본질적으로 이루어진 고용체 강화 초합금 용접 조성물.

- 제 7 항에 있어서,에어포일이 항공기 터빈 엔진의 블레이드인 구성요소.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,터빈 노즐 또는 터빈 베인(turbine vane)인 구성요소.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,수리된 영역이 노즐 또는 베인의 전연(leading edge) 영역을 따라 위치해 있는 구성요소.
