Description

건조겸용 드럼세탁기의 팬 어셈블리{fan-assembly of a drum-washer with a dryer}Fan assembly of a dry drum washing machine {fan-assembly of a drum-washer with a dryer}

The present invention relates to a drum washing machine, and more particularly to a fan assembly of a dry drum washing machine.

In general, as shown in FIG. 1, a drum washing machine includes a main body 1, an outer tub 2 supported by a damper 6 and a spring 7 within the main body, and a laundry placed in the outer tub to accommodate laundry. It is largely divided into a cylindrical inner tub 3, and a driving force is transmitted by the driving means to wash the laundry in the inner tub.

In addition, the driving means is connected to the pulley (not shown) installed on the shaft of the rear center of the inner tank (3) and the motor (4) mounted on one side of the bottom of the outer tank by mutual belt (5) to drive the power of the motor (4) Is configured to transmit power to the inner cylinder shaft (not shown), configured to transmit power generated by the rotor and the stator directly to the inner cylinder shaft, and to transmit the power to the inner shaft by a variety of other methods.

On the other hand, the drum washing machine can not only reduce the overall height compared to the pulsator washing machine that rotates in the state in which the inner tank (3) is standing, but also increase the washing capacity, and the demand is rarely generated. There is an increasing trend.

The drum washing machine configured as described above performs the following operation.

Put the laundry to be washed into the inner tank (3), and when the detergent mode is put into the detergent container (8), if the washing mode provided in the control unit is selected, the washing stroke ▶ rinsing stroke ▶ dehydration stroke is continuously made and washing is completed.

That is, if the washing mode is selected, the water supply device is operated to supply water to be washed into the inner tank (3) rotatably installed in the outer tank (2), the water supply is stopped after the water is filled by the appropriate level. At the same time, the driving means repeatedly performs the forward and reverse driving.

When the driving means performs forward and reverse driving as described above, the driving force of the driving means is decelerated by the deceleration means and applied to the inner tank 3, which is generated as the inner tank 3 applied with the driving force rotates forward and reverse. When the water is buried in the laundry due to the water flow, it is decomposed by the water flow and friction with the inner tank 3, or is decomposed by the detergent and washed.

After the washing stroke is completed, the rinsing is performed while going through the same process as the washing stroke, and after the rinsing stroke is completed, the dehydration stroke is performed immediately. After completely draining the filled water, the driving means is driven, and the driving force of the driving means is transmitted to the inner tank 3 as it is not decelerated, so that the inner tank 3 is rotated at a high speed to be contained in the laundry by centrifugal force. Dehydration is carried out as the moisture escapes.

On the other hand, as shown in Figure 2, the drum washing machine combines drying as a drying device for drying the laundry after the dehydration operation is added, the configuration and operation principle of the drying device is as follows.

It consists of a fan assembly 20 for blowing air to be circulated on the flow path, and an inner tank 3 installed on the circulation flow path and containing laundry to be dried.

And it is composed of a motor (4) for applying a rotational force to the inner tank to dry the laundry while rotating the laundry contained in the inner tank (3) during drying, and a belt (5) connecting the motor and the inner tank.

And in more detail the circulation flow path is divided as follows.

The drying passage 12 which transfers the heat radiated from the dry heater 11 to the inner tank 3, the outer tank 2 which is a place to dry the laundry of the inner tank by the heat transferred from the drying passage, and the laundry is dried. Heat is generated, including the steam generated as it flows and is divided into a steam flow passage 13 which is delivered to the heater to form a cycle.

In addition, the cycle is repeated repeatedly.

On the other hand, as shown in Figure 3, the general fan assembly 20 will be described in more detail as follows.

A hemispherical shape having a fan motor 21 for applying rotational force and a hollow opening portion incorporating the fan motor to prevent water vapor from flowing into the fan motor, and an opposite side of the opening portion has a shaft insertion hole 22a into which the motor shaft is inserted. A fan motor housing 22b is formed and a part of the fan motor housing 22b is formed by a fan motor body 22 having a guide passage 22c protruding from the open side to guide the direction of the wind.

At the same time, the fan motor cover 23 covering the opening part to protect the circuit part of the fan motor 21 exposed to the opening part, and the outer side of the fan motor housing 22b are fixed to the motor shaft and fixed to the motor shaft. It is composed of a blowing fan 24 for generating wind while rotating together.

In addition, a seal 25 is inserted between the rotation center of the blower fan 24 and the fan motor housing 22 so that water is not introduced into the shaft insertion hole 22a of the fan motor housing. Grease was applied between the rotation center of the blowing fan and the fan motor housing so as to smoothly rotate the blowing fan.

The fan motor body 22 and the fan motor cover 23 are fixed by a fixing screw 26.
