RF 신호의 수신레벨을 검출하여 RF 신호의 송신레벨을 결정한 후, 이에 상응하는 송신용 자동이득 제어신호를 출력하는 MSM과; 송신측 전단 블록으로 부터 송신용 음성신호를 입력받은 후, 상기 MSM에서 출력한 송신용 자동이득 제어신호의 레벨에 따라 그 송신용 음성신호의 이득을 자동으로 조절해 주는 자동이득 제어기와; 반송파 발진주파수를 발생시키는 전압제어 발진기와; 상기 자동이득 제어기에서 출력한 송신용 음성신호와 상기 전압제어 발진기에서 출력한 반송파 발진주파수를 서로 혼합시켜 RF 음성신호를 생성하는 업-믹서와; 상기 업-믹서에서 RF 음성신호를 입력받아 송신전력만큼 증폭시킨 후 출력하는 전력 증폭기와; 상기 MSM에서 송신용 자동이득 제어신호를 입력받은 후 기준전압 신호와 비교하여, 그 송신용 자동이득 제어신호의 레벨에 상응하는 전력증폭기 이득조절용 바이어스전압 제어신호를 상기 전력 증폭기로 발생시켜 주는 OP-엠프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신 단말기의 송신장치.An MSM for detecting a reception level of the RF signal to determine a transmission level of the RF signal and then outputting a corresponding automatic gain control signal for transmission; An automatic gain controller which automatically adjusts the gain of the transmission audio signal according to the level of the transmission automatic gain control signal output from the MSM after receiving the transmission audio signal from the transmission front block; A voltage controlled oscillator for generating a carrier oscillation frequency; An up-mixer for generating an RF voice signal by mixing the transmission voice signal output from the automatic gain controller and the carrier oscillation frequency output from the voltage controlled oscillator; A power amplifier which receives the RF voice signal from the up-mixer and amplifies it by the transmission power and outputs the amplified signal; OP- which generates a power amplifier gain control bias voltage control signal corresponding to the level of the automatic gain control signal for transmission to the power amplifier after receiving the automatic gain control signal for transmission from the MSM and comparing it with a reference voltage signal.
