Description

콘넥터의 나사부와 와이어 연결방법 {The connection method of the screw and wire for the connector}{The connection method of the screw and wire for the connector}

The present invention relates to a connector. In particular, the screw and the wire of the connector to be coupled to the screw portion of the connector easily and the soldered portion is embedded into the plastic of the screw portion so that the soldered portion can be securely fixed It relates to the connection method.

In general, in the case of electronic products, connectors are used to connect signals between products and other products.

In the conventional connector connection method, as shown in FIG. 1, the plastic part 2 is fixed to one side of the connector screw part 1, and the receptacle pin 3 protrudes to the inside of the plastic part 2. A hole 4 is formed in the receptacle 3 so that the center line 6 of the wire 5 is inserted into the hole 4 of the receptacle 3 and soldered to the outer peripheral portion of the wire 5. The fitted cap 7 was moved to engage the threaded portion 1.

At this time, an insulating tube or hotmelt was applied to the soldering portion to insulate the soldering portion from the cap 7.

However, in such a conventional connector connection method, since the center line 6 of the wire 5 is merely inserted into the hole 4 of the receptor pin 3 and soldered and fixed, the center line 6 is easily broken. Since the wires 5 must be fitted into the holes 4, the work is inconvenient to work with and the productivity is lowered.

In addition, since an insulator such as an insulation tube or hot melt is applied to the soldering portion to insulate the soldering portion from the cap 7, there is a disadvantage that it is cumbersome to work with.

The present invention is to solve such a conventional drawback, an object of the present invention is to form a receptacle protruding in the screw portion of the connector to have a V-shaped opening groove into which the centerline of the wire can enter, and the centerline of the wire The present invention provides a method of connecting a screw part of a connector and a wire to push the wire toward the receptacle while soldering in the opening groove so that the solder part enters into the plastic part of the screw part and is firmly fixed.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

2 shows a state in which the screw 1 and the wire 5 are separated, and FIG. 3 shows a state in which the screw 1 and the wire 5 are coupled to each other.

As shown in the drawing, the connector connecting method of the present invention first inserts the center line 6 of the wire 5 into the receptacle pin 3 of the threaded part 1, where the receptacle pin 3 is shown in FIG. 3. Likewise, it is formed to have a V-shaped opening groove so that the center line 6 can be easily inserted into the receptor pin 3.

In this state, soldering around the receptor pin 3 allows the receptor pin 3 and the center line 6 to be fixed.

At this time, when soldering and simultaneously pushing the wire 5 into the circular plastic part 2 of the screw part 1, the soldering part is pushed into the plastic part 2 and finally the wire 5 inside the plastic part 2. The center line 6 and the receptacle 3 of 3) are embedded in a soldered state.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the soldering part completely enters the plastic part 2, and only the inner coating part 8 of the wire 5 comes out.

In this state, when the cap 7, which is movably located at the outer circumferential portion of the wire 5, is pushed toward the threaded portion 1, one connector is completed.

When the center line of the wire is coupled to the receptacle pin of the screw as described above, the present invention pushes the plastic into the plastic so that the soldered part is embedded in the plastic. Since the center line of the wire is inserted, it is easy to insert and there is an effect that can improve productivity during work.

In addition, since the soldering part is inserted into the plastic part and completely embedded, it is not necessary to insulate between the soldering part and the cap by applying an insulation tube or hot melt to the soldering part separately as in the prior art, so that the insulating effect can be automatically obtained. There is an advantage.
