Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of characteristics in a connection part without additional parts by forming a socket hole with a shape widening toward the depths in a socket part of a center conductor in jack side and thickening the periphery part of the socket hole more as closer to the end. CONSTITUTION:A socket hole 10 having a splitting groove is formed in the end part of a socket part 7a of a center conductor 7 in a jack side and a pin contact 8a formed in the end of another center conductor 8 is inserted in the socket hole 10. The socket hole 10 is formed in the way widening toward the depths so that the end part of the surrounding of the hole contacts with the root of the pin contact 8a and the surrounding of the socket hole 10 is thickened more as closer to the end so that the outer diameter of the end of the socket part 7a becomes almost the same as the outer diameters of the center conductors 7, 8 when a pin contact 8a in a plug side is inserted in the socket hole 10. With this structure, connection of the center conductors is carried out without changing the outer diameters of the conductors and degradation of characteristics in the connection part can be prevented without complexing the structure and increasing the cost.

(Prior Art) In the conventional coaxial connector, as shown in FIG. 5, a socket hole 02 is formed at the tip 01a of the center conductor 01 on the jack side, while a socket hole 02 is formed at the tip 01a of the center conductor 01 on the jack side.
A pin contact l-03a is formed at the tip of the pin contact 03a, and the pin contact 03a is fitted into the socket hole 01a.

Here, the tip part (socket part) 01a of the center conductor 01 on the jack side is inserted into the pin contours 1 and 0 in the socket 1 and hole 02.
3a is compressed and deformed through the grooves so as to be held in contact with each other, and has spring properties.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in the conventional coaxial connector, the socket 1/portion 01a of the center conductor 01 on the jack side is tapered, so the center conductors 01 and 03 are connected to each other. In this state, a stepped portion 8 is formed at the insertion connection portion, and the presence of this stepped portion 8 changes the characteristic impedance.

Therefore, as an improvement measure, in the prior art described in Section 2, a measure is taken to reduce the change in diameter by attaching an outer cylinder to the socket part, but this increases the complexity of the structure due to the addition of parts, and This resulted in an increase in costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The characteristic configuration of the present invention to achieve the second object is that a socket hole with a deep expanding shape is formed in the socket part of the center conductor on the jack side, and the surrounding area of this socket hole is is made thicker toward the tip, and the outer diameter of the socket part is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the other part of the center conductor on the jack side when the pin contactor 1 of the center conductor of the mating connector is inserted into the socket hole. It is at the point set to the same value.

Next, this socket part 7a is shown in FIG.
An appropriate number (four in this example) of grooves 12 are cut and formed in the socket part 7, as shown in FIG.
By squeezing and deforming a towards the center and imparting spring properties through a hardening process, a socket portion 7a having a socket hole 10 with an inwardly expanding shape with an inlet inner diameter slightly smaller than that of the bottle contact hole 08a can be obtained.
