CONSTITUTION: In a germicidal, washable, deodorant and advertisable sanitary seat of a toilet, if dropping a toilet seat(5), a control board(3) makes a U.V light(1) off simultaneous with an audio board(3) on, hereby the smell of ammonia passes through a ventilator and a coal filter(4) due to compulsive air circulation by a fan(4) to be deodorized and the contained fragrance is sprayed out, the toilet seat(5) rises automatically in 10 minutes after using the toilet seat(5) and is attached to a toilet cover(2) simultaneous with the U.V light(1) on, after this the sterilization by ultraviolet rays is started.
