Abstract
Description
본 발명은 독성가스인 염소가스가 누출시에 신속하게 흡입함과 동시에 독성가스인 염소가스를 가성소다 용해액과 마찰화학 반응에 의하여 중화시켜 대기로 배출하는 장치이며. 현재 널리사용 되는 염소가스 중화 장치는 중화장치 본체에 설치된 약품(가성소다) 이송용 펌프와 약품(가성소다) 용해용 교반기에 전기를 공급하여 기기류 를 작동하여 중화 하는 장치이므로 펌프나 교반기 (기기류) 가 부식성에 의해 많은 고장이 있었으며. 가스누출시에 기기류 고장에 의해 독성을 중화시키지 못하여 인체에 치명적인 사고와 펌프 작동시에 배관의 파손등으로 사람의 눈을 실명시키는 안전사고가 많이일어남.The present invention is a device for quickly inhaling toxic chlorine gas when leaking and neutralizing toxic gas chlorine gas by caustic soda solution and tribological reaction to discharge to the atmosphere. 본 에어를 이용한 염소가스 중화장치는 누출된 가스를 중화탑 까지 송출하는 흡입휀 (1). 토출배관 (2).이 1차충진탑 (3).하부에 연결되고 약품(가성소다) 의 가스가 흘러나와 흡입휀의 부식됨을 방지하는 흡입관 역지변 (15) 이설치되고 1차충진탑을 통하지않고 2차충진탑하부로 배출됨을 방지코져 잔여가스투입 방지벽(11) 이 약품용해액수면보다 아래로 설치되어야 하고 . 에어로 중화하는 장치이므로 에어를 공급하는 에어콤프레셔 (7) 에어를 필요부분에 개폐 차단 하는 에어공급 쏠레이 밸브(8).(13)가 설치되고 중화장치 본체 내부에는 에어배관 (9) 약품이송배관(10) 의 배관으로 구성됨.Chlorine gas neutralizer using this air is a suction fan (1) that sends the leaked gas to the neutralization tower.
