Claims (8)
- 각각의 매체를 위한 밸브(14, 15)가 마련되어 있는 형태의 두 가지 매체의 혼합 및 분사용 스프레이 건에 있어서,상기 2개의 밸브는, 하나의 밸브가 나머지 하나의 밸브 내측에 설치되도록 되어 있고, 스프링(38)의 작용력에 반발하여 각각의 밸브 시이트(24, 26)를 향해 또는 멀어지게 하우징(11) 내에서 서로에 대해 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 되어 있으며, 상기 밸브들은 상호 외력에 의해 작동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 밸브(15)의 밸브 시이트(26)는 상기 외측 밸브(14)에 설치되며, 상기 외측 밸브의 밸브 시이트(24)는 하우징(11)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 밸브(15) 및 외측 밸브(14)는 초기 이동 중에 상기 내측 밸브(15)의 밸브 본체(27)가 폐쇄 위치에 있는 상태에서 유압식으로 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외력은 공압에 의해 작동하는 피스톤(40)에 의해 발생하며, 상기 피스톤의 피스톤 로드(39)는 상기 외측 밸브 내에서 이동 가능한 내측 밸브(15)의 밸브 본체(27, 28)에 연결되며, 상기 외측 밸브(14)의 축방향 이동은 하우징(10)에 마련된 정지부(46)에 의해 한정되며, 상기 내측 밸브(15)의 밸브 본체(27, 28)는 내측 밸브의 개구 아래로 더 이동 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체에 의해 개방될 수 있는 비회전 밸브(25)는 상기 내측 밸브(15)의 오리피스에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브들 중 하나의 밸브의 오리피스는 나머지 하나의 밸브의 오리피스로부터 축방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 밸브의 오리피스들은 공동의 혼합 챔버/채널 (45)로 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공압 피스톤(40)의 이동은 스프레이 건의 방아쇠(17)에 의해 작동 가능한 밸브 스템(41)에 의해 제어되며, 상기 밸브 스템은 공압 피스톤으로의 공기 공급을 폐쇄시킴과 동시에 통기구를 개방시키기 위해 그리고 공압 피스톤으로의 공기 공급을 개방시킴과 동시에 통기구를 폐쇄시키기 위해 스프레이 건의 단부 위치들 중 일단부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 건.
