Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing deodorant by using far-infrared radiating ceramics is provided for enhancing deodorizing, dehumidifying and antibacterial functions of deodorant by mixing the powder of ocher, jade and biotite radiating far-infrared rays with crushed paper mulberry and pulp, by pressing and punching a drafted paper with a press, and by calcining granules at high temperature to package. CONSTITUTION: The deodorant contains 20wt.% of paper mulberry, 10wt.% of pulp, 55wt.% of ocher, 7.5wt.% of jade and 7.5wt.% of biotite for making a draft paper. The drafted paper is pressed and punched to get deodorant granules(3) of a particle size of 0.5mm. The granules are calcined at 300-400deg.C. The calcined granules are packaged in a ventilative packing bag(2). The deodorant is reusable after drying at room temperature for 30minutes once a week.
