Abstract

PURPOSE: A method is provided to establish a downward-type head by establishing required lead-in pipe lines of small pipe diameter of a household in a slab of the upper portion instead of a ceiling layer with a box and a connection accessory and to make the height of a story the same as the story not establishing a sprinkler. CONSTITUTION: As a plan for a construction work of a sprinkler equipment pipe line for building an apartment, according to the Fire Services Act, an apartment of over 16 stories is established with sprinkler equipment. The ceiling height of the stories over a 16 story is more heightened 10¯20cm than the lower story not equipped with a sprinkler. The previous method for establishing a side wall or downward sprinkler head in a revetment or a ceiling frame is changed like that a twofold pipe line is arranged by using a lead-in pipe line(5) of small pipe diameter and diverging the lead-in pipe line(5) at the required numbers, and a downward sprinkler of an excellent extinguishment capacity is established through a box and a connection accessory.

Description

Installation in the upper slab of household plumbing

The present invention relates to the field of sprinkler piping that is installed in a multi-unit house of 16 floors or more in accordance with the fire protection method, and FIG. 1 is a simplified schematic diagram of the sprinkler installation of an apartment. It is divided into secondary piping.

펌프(1)는 저수조의 물을 압상시켜서 밸브(2)전까지 물을 공급시키고, 밸브 이후에 물을 공급하는 습식 설계와The pump (1) is a wet design to pressurize the water in the reservoir to supply water before the valve (2), and to supply water after the valve;

It is roughly classified as a dry design in which the valve is installed after the compressed gas or in the uncompressed state. In the wet and dry secondary pressure system, water or compressed gas is supplied to the front of the head (secondary side), respectively, so that in case of fire, the fuse of the sprinkler head melts and flows, causing the water to be immediately discharged or the gas is released.

In the case of wet, water is directly discharged, and in the dry case, water is discharged after the secondary gas is discharged.

At this time, the fire alarm signal is triggered by the flow sensor installed on the shut-off valve 2 side. The pump 1 is automatically operated by the pressure tank 5 and the primary side until the shutoff valve 2 maintains a constant required pressure state in both wet and dry. In the case of the non-pressurized dry design, once the fire detector detects a fire, a signal is transmitted to the shutoff valve (2), the shutoff valve (2) opens, water is supplied to the secondary pipe, and the fuse in the sprinkler head (3) blows out. Water is radiated to extinguish fire.

The present invention corresponds to the design and construction of the secondary side of the sprinkler plumbing of the firefighting equipment of the apartment more than 16 stories in detail,

In the conventional method, in the sprinkler plumbing construction of the apartment, as shown in Fig. 1, by introducing a single large diameter pipe into the household and installing the pipe in the ceiling of the household, the 16th floor or more floor has a height of 10 cm to 20 cm higher than the lower floor. Piping and fittings have been installed in the space, and sprinkler heads (3) of top down (a) or side walls (b) have been installed in the (A) and (B) chambers of each generation.

1, 4 shows a ceiling finish surface.

Therefore, the conventional design had difficulty in layout only, such as lowering the final number of floors when the height of the motion is legally restricted, as the height of the height increases during the design process, and above all, due to the economic burden on sprinkler installation and the problem of the height of the height rise. There was a legal limitation that the installation of sprinkler fire extinguishing system for apartment houses was installed only on the 16th floor or more. In the case of the side wall design, it was impossible to develop the unit generation plane of the variable wall.

In order to solve the problems of the conventional design and to reduce the cost, as shown in FIG. 2, the inlet pipe in the household is installed in the upper slab instead of the ceiling layer by the required quantity with a small diameter instead of a large diameter, and uses a box and a connecting part to install the top-down head. It is a method of installation, and the floor height is the same as the floor without sprinkler. In particular, with the advent of permanent materials with excellent flexibility and corrosion resistance, it is possible to use a protective double pipe in the slab and to insert a sprinkler pipe in the slab. Therefore, the pipe in the sprinkler slab has corrosion resistance and heat resistance, It can be called a permanent process together. Figure 2 (a) is a form using a ceiling frame, (b) is a case where the finish to the concrete without using the ceiling frame.

1 and 2, 1 is a pump, 2 is a shutoff valve, 3 is a sprinkler head, 4 is a ceiling finishing surface, 5 is a pressure tank, 6 is a floor finishing surface, and 7 is a protective pipe serving as a sleeve. It is installed in the reinforcing bar before concrete pouring and afterwards the sprinkler pipe is inserted and the fittings and the top-down head are installed in the box.

In the case of the staircase apartment, the pipe branched from the standing pipe and penetrated through the upper part of the wall, was introduced into the household. However, in FIG. 4A, the household contacting the sprinkler standing pipe duct branched directly into the upper slab in the pipe duct in consideration of aesthetics. In the figure, the next generation of the same floor, not directly in contact with the sprinkler figurine duct, led the pipe 5 into the pipe duct through the stair ceiling of the floor to enter the upper floor in the pipe duct.

In FIG. 4, 1 is a granular pipe, 2 is a branch pipe branched from a granular particle, and serves as a distributor. 3 is a protective pipe, 4 is a sprinkler pipe, 4 is a cross sectional pipe branched from a standing pipe, and 5 is a transverse pipe branched from a standing pipe. Equation 5 is the case of corridor-type apartments, which are horizontal transverse pipes branching from the standing and can diverge several generations.

5 is a detailed view in which the sprinkler pipe and the top-down head are installed by using the double pipe 2 and the box 1, (a) having a ceiling frame, and (b) without a ceiling frame. After installing accessories (A) and (B), boxes (1) were filled with mortar or other flame retardant materials (3) to ensure the stability of the pipes. In FIG. 5 (a), when the method using the tee (4) part and the ceiling frame are installed, the head is installed at an appropriate position by adjusting the length of the connecting pipe, and the flexibility according to the construction conditions is shown.

5, 2 is a sleeve for the protective pipe, 3 is the filling in the box, 4 is the elbow for the head installation, or tee fittings can be used when piping together with the head of the other space.

In the present invention, by installing sprinkler pipes in the slab, it is possible to construct 16 or more floors at the same height as a general floor height (typically 2.6M), thereby facilitating the development of various complexes and planes, and increasing the number of households per unit area. The construction cost is lowered by lowering the ceiling frame height and floor height, and the use pipes have a longer lifespan than ordinary carbon steel pipes, so management re-repair is unnecessary. In particular, the biggest effect is to reduce the cost burden. It is expected to spontaneously install sprinkler facilities to promote life security, property preservation, and preservation. Since sprinkler is an early evolution and autonomous evolution, it is also expected to eliminate excessive workload of firefighters.
