Abstract

PURPOSE: A hot water distributor for a boiler and a producing method are provided to prevent a leakage phenomenon caused by a crack as getting the circumference of a distributing hole thinner. CONSTITUTION: A heat medium inlet hole(4a) and an air outlet hole(4b) are drilled on both faces of a first horizontal plane(2) of a distributing pipe(1) by a press. A heat medium inlet socket(6a) is inserted into the inlet hole up to a flange portion(5a) and a ring shaped welding bar is inserted between the inlet hole and the flange portion. Then, heat is applied to the ring shaped welding bar to melt and weld the bar with the inlet hole and the flange portion. An air outlet socket(6b) is inserted into the air outlet hole by the same way as the heat medium inlet socket's. Many heat medium branch holes(7a) are drilled on a second horizontal plane(2) at regular intervals. A flange portion(5b) of the sockets is inserted into each branch hole and welded with the ring shaped welding bar by the thermal bonding.
