Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ascon filler using slag and coal fly-ash is provided, which gives good quality products, environmental protection and economical profit. CONSTITUTION: The ascon filler is manufactured by the following steps: gathering wastes such as slag, byproduct of steel-making process, and fly-ash from burning of coal; delivering to storage; press-solidifying after mixing slag with fly-ash in a weight ratio of 7:3-5:5 through a screw conveyor; storing products.

본 발명은 폐자원을 이용한 아스콘 채움재 제조에 관한 것으로 발전소에서 열원으로 공급되는 석탄의 연소후 발생되는 석탄연소재와 제철제강공정에서 철의 원료가 되는 철광석에서 철을 분리하고 부산물로 남는 제강슬래그를 이용하는데 그 특징이 있다. 석탄연소재의 경우 국내 전력수급의 증가에 따라 해마다 증가추세에 있음에도 불구하고 현재 레미콘, 콘크리트 혼화재 또는 시멘트 부원료 등의 지극히 미비한 수준의 재활에 그치고 있다.The present invention relates to the manufacture of ascon filler material using waste resources, which separates iron from coal-fired material generated after combustion of coal supplied as a heat source in a power plant and iron ore, which is a raw material of iron in steelmaking process, and remains steel as a byproduct.
