Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a one number service in a communication system is provided to select an arbitrary destination terminal among various destination terminals registered in a personal number dialled by a calling subscriber who attempts destination with his personal number. CONSTITUTION: A one number service subscriber registers a default terminal or a telephone number information message. A calling subscriber dials an arbitrary personal number. If dialing is made by the personal number, it is confirmed whether the default terminal has been set up. In case that the default terminal has been set up, a telephone number information message is outputted. It is confirmed whether a destination number is selected. In case that the default terminal has been set up or a destination number is selected, the destination call is connected to the number.
