Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sewage collection manhole using the principle of hydrocyclone, and more particularly, to prevent suspended matter, earth and sand and other dirt contained in the discharge pipe of rainwater and sewage from being deposited in the sewage pipe or entering the treatment plant. The present invention relates to a device for removing from a manhole with a sewage collection net using an efficient hydrocyclone.
Generally, manholes of rainwater and sewage are installed in the manner of sedimentation of suspended solids and removal by manpower by installing them by pipe length and section, so that the efficiency of removing suspended solids and other dirt is insignificant and not easy to collect. Inflow causes flood damage in the surrounding area, but the method for improving it is not improved.
In order to compensate for this, there is a proposal for a sewage collection manhole. However, a simple sewage collection network is installed in the manhole, but if the regular collection and management are not performed in parallel, there is a danger of causing damage to the jurisdiction area.
Therefore, it is urgent to introduce a new concept of waste collection manhole that can effectively collect waste and maintain the flow in the conduit.
Therefore, the present invention was created in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a sewage collection manhole which can not only prevent sediments in rainwater and sewage pipes, but also efficiently remove them.

Rainwater and sewage flow into the sewage collection manhole through the inlet pipe (1) in order to separate and collect the inflow water and the sewage and other dirt contained in the sewage during rainfall. Rainwater and sewage introduced into the pipeline is introduced into the manhole into the body (3), and then into the sewage collection net (4). In the network, separation proceeds due to the speed difference between the influent, the suspended matter and the dirt, and the water is filtered out of the net 4 and discharged, and the suspended matter and the dirt are deposited in the lower part of the net. The lower part 5 of the mesh has a structure in which the intervals of the scales are denser than the upper part, so that it is easy to deposit and remove smaller floats and dirt. In order to separate the flow of influent and effluent, a diaphragm 10 is installed as in FIG. 2 to separate the flow. The diaphragm has a streamlined structure that minimizes head loss due to flow. In FIG. 2, the junction 11 of the influent water and the sewage net has a structure in which the sewage net is removed and connected to the inlet pipe so that the suspended matter and the dirt of the inlet pipe can be introduced into the sewage net without roughness. The water in the dirt net is removed from the float and dirt and is discharged to the outlet pipe 7 through the flow guide portion of the manhole body (3). As shown in Figure 4, the outlet pipe 7 is located above the inlet pipe (1). After removing the lid 2 after a certain period of time, the dirt removal network 22, the collecting cable 22 is lifted to the upper part by a crane or the like, moved to the discharge position, and then discharged to the lower discharge device 6 which can be opened and closed. . The collection cable 22 and the waste collection net 4 are reinforced with the upper plate support 21 in order to reinforce the waste collection net when the upper drawing is made to have a rigid structure. The waste collection net is reinforced with a support 23 for strengthening the waste collection net and for seating in the manhole. The support 23 maintains the support of the dirt net and the seating in the manhole in a structure having a 'b' groove. The manhole has an equal number of 'a' protrusions for seating the support.
The inner diameter of the waste collection manhole using Hardo cyclone can be manufactured from 900mm to 6,000mm and the length from 900mm to 5,000mm in the shape suitable for the site condition. These manholes can be designed in various sizes according to the diameter of the inlet pipe and the amount of inlet pipe and the total amount of suspended solids. The head difference between the inlet pipe and the outflow pipe should be less than 600mm.

As described above, the sewage collection manhole using hydrocyclone removes suspended matter and dirt flowing into the storm drainage pipe through the speed difference and the sewage collection network in the manhole during rainfall, thereby maximizing the amount of material deposited in the outflow pipe. It can reduce, reduce the amount of suspended solids flowing into the sewage treatment plant to improve the operating efficiency of the treatment plant, can remove the floating substances entering the lake or river. In addition, it is possible to remove the sediment by simply drawing the sewage collecting net with equipment such as a crane, so that the manhole can be cleaned more easily than the existing manpower removal method, and the maintenance is easy. In addition, it ensures the flow in the conduit and keeps the head loss to a minimum, so that the manhole can perform its function even during rainfall.
