Abstract

PURPOSE: Dairy goods such as milk using yellow soil having abundant minerals and removing toxicity is provided to promote physical health. CONSTITUTION: The dairy goods containing ingredients of yellow soil are made by the steps of (i) sterilizing collected yellow soil without toxicity and removing debris particles from the soil; (ii) getting fine powder of the yellow soil by filtrating and freeze-drying the soil; (iii) mixing the fine soil with drinking water in a container(1) and settling the soil; (iv) separating yellow soil water(2) left from the settled yellow soil(3) from the container; and then (v) adding the yellow soil water to dairy goods after sterilizing and filtrating or concentrating the water.
