Abstract

본 발명은 바지 허리 다림질 받침대에 관한 것으로 다림질의 생산성 향상과 품질향상을 목적으로 한다.
이를 위하여 원추형(원통)의 구조물(11) 위에 완충제(12)를 덮고 회전할 수 있는 구조(13)를 하였으며, 수평으로 견고하게 고정(14,15,16) 되어야 한다.

Description

바지허리 다림질 받침대{Pants Waist Iron Supporter}
본 발명은 바지허리 다림질시 사용되는 받침대에 관한 것으로 바지허리의 형태는 곡면이나 과거 100년간 사용되어온 재래식 평판 받침대는 평면으로 다림질시 솔기 부분의 펴짐이 적고, 또한 고정식 받침대여서 바지 1개 다림질시 6～7회 꼈다가 빼는 동작을 반복하므로 생산성이 낮다
본 발명품인 원형의 회전식 받침대를 사용하여 바지허리 다림질시 2회의 꼈다가 빼는 작업(좌측 1회, 우측 1회)으로 허리다림질이 완성되므로 시간이 단축되고, 솔기부분의 다림질 품질 향상을 기할수 있어 대량의 세탁물을 취급하는 세탁공장이 아닌 관계로 다림질 작업의 기계화,자동화가 장소 및 비용면에서 불가능한 일반세탁소에서 획기적으로 일손을 줄일 수 있다

상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 원통(원추)형의 구조물(11) 위에 다리미와 옷을 보호하기 위한 완충제(12)를 덮고, 회전할 수 있는 구조(13)를 하였으며, 다림질 작업이 가능 하도록 수평으로 견고하게 고정될 수 있게 받침판(15), 기둥(14), 수평봉(16)으로 구성 되어야 한다

바지 1개당 2분의 생산성 향상효과

  1. 원통(원추)형의 구조물(11) 위에 다리미와 옷을 보호하기 위한 완충제(12)를 덮고, 회전할 수 있는 구조(13)를 하였으며, 다림질 작업이 가능 하도록 수평으로 견고하게 고정될 수 있게 받침판(15), 기둥(14), 수평봉(16)으로 구성된 다림질 받침대
