전문가가 아닌 일반 컴퓨터 사용자가 어려운 컴퓨터 활용 방법이나 갑작스런 고장을 접하게 될 때 그 해결 방법으로 컴퓨터 지식이 많은 주변 사람을 찾아 묻기도 하고 A/S 회사나 수리점을 찾아가 맏기게 된다. 하지만 A/S도 소프트웨어 적인 고장과 사용자의 부주의로 인한 고장은 경비를 지출해야 하고 수리점에 맏겨 고치더라도 고장 원인을 의뢰인이 명확히 숙지하도록 가르치지 않으므로 같은 문제를 격었을 때 대처할 수 있으리라 기대하기 어렵고 아주 작은 에러나 결함 때문에 반복해서 비용과 시간을 낭비하는 경우를 많이 볼 수 있다.이러한 문제점을 보완하고자 일반인들에게 시간에 구애 받지않고 컴퓨터 문제해결 도움이에게 전화를 하면 도움이는 상담 수수료증을 발부하기 위해 의뢰인의 신분을 확인 한 뒤 반대로 도우미가 의뢰인에게 전화를 하여 의뢰인이 궁굼해 하는 내용에 대한 지식과방법 을 가르쳐 주고 고장에 대한 경우 그 원인을 분석, 판단한 후 의뢰인이 도우미의 설명과 도움으로 고쳐 낼 수 있는 작은 부품 결함 문제나 소프트웨어 고장은 그 절차와 방법을 설명해가며 의뢰인이 손수 해결해 나가도록 돕는다.When a computer user, not an expert, encounters a difficult computer usage or sudden breakdown, the solution is to find a person with a lot of computer knowledge and visit an after-sales company or repair shop.
